She did an amazing job singing and making her own and how she's giving a tribute to Metallica, also the collaboration she did with Elton John, Yo-yoma, plus few others was instrumental change plus the vocal was about the same as she's done here on Howard Stern.

i was a rock/metal dj in the late 70's & early 80's & part of the 90's but metal was starting to fade then.
along the way, i met motorhead, iron maiden, girlschool, whitesnake, gillan band, asia, budgie, tygers of pan tang, magnum, status quo, be bop deluxe, thin lizzy, the who & the clash!
surely it must be?

@@supermetalworld1924 i won't bore you with everything but essentially i was a rock dj & promoter; i also wrote reviews for the now defunct 'record mirror' & also interviewed iron maiden!
lemmy once came to my venue unannounced & stayed the whole evening!
i was in the offices of carrere records when angry anderson quit rose tatoo, which meant the end of the band!
the late, great kelly johnson of girlschool gave me a kiss & i was on first name terms with saxon & iron maiden!
i dj'd quo drummer, john coghlan's 30th birthday party & a party for the who's manager at the holiday inn, chelsea in london; billy idol gate crashed the party & threw a woman into the indoor pool while she was still wearing her fur coat!
once, i wrote a review for a band called mckitty, which included donovan mckitty, session guitarist for robert palmer, charlie tumahi, bass player for be bop deluxe & nicko mcbrain, later to become maiden's drummer; their millionaire real estate manager, for whom the band was just a plaything, invited my dj partner & our wives to his mayfair pad & introduced us to van morrison's guitarist; later he bought us all a slap up meal in a kensington restaurant & then a couple of weeks after this, to a press launch in chelsea which was attended by ringo starr & boxer, jake lamotta's daughter!
i also once supplied a pa for a rock band, played by session men, for a scene in the lewis collins film about the sas, 'who dares wins'!
finally, although i could go on, i was introduced to an up & coming band at emi records, named duran duran!

Anyway, knowing you enjoyed this performance, I wonder if you've ever listened to Nightwish. If you haven't, now could be a good time to give it a try. They are a symphonic metal band from Finland with a Dutch singer, Floor Jansen. She has one of the best female voices in metal today. None of the Nightwish songs are alike, they range from heavy, to melodic, to celtic, to jazzy, to... you name it. Nightwish is best appreciated LIVE. Give the song 'Romanticide' a try.
