What a magical performance of fantastically written songs, by world-class musicians. I'm not sure why, but "All's Well That Ends Well" reduced me to tears.
Dude, thank you for posting this, brother. This show kept me company, the last leg of a long drive home last night. Just magical. Just what I needed. Sure Theo comes back to ATL soon, I MUST be there! What model iPhone did you record that with?? Very impressive sound! Sounds outstanding, turnt all the way up, in my car speakers. Best part was, I was singing, & cheering, at the SAME times, that everyone there was! Not quite the same, but ALMOST as cool as being there. I’m just glad you didn’t have to pee or something, right in the middle of one of these tunes!
Man, I’m glad to hear it. Him and the band were *incredible. I’ve watched it back plenty of times myself. Feels real good even now. And I recorded this one on my girlfriend’s iPhone 11. I had an XS Max and knew I wanted to be able to use the ultra-wide lens for some of it to get the whole band in the shot. I think it did pretty well. The stereo imaging these phones get is incredible too. Really puts you right back in the room. Cheers Jay 🤘🏼
OP you’re doing gods work. Recording that whole thing, I wish I had discipline like you 🙏 . Can anyone tell me what that shaker stick device Jordan on drums is using in ‘pop song’ I have a gig next week gonna buy one tomorrow
He has it on a stand that makes it hard to tell, and it seems he might have modified the enclosure as well. But from the pitch shift bar and the knobs sticking up, it’s definitely a Nord!
I think theo songs are very intensionally uncontroversial. I really don’t think there is a nicer way to bring up any of that stuff. Even if it’s “passive aggressive cutting criticism” and that doesn’t sit well with you….he’s really just trying to write honest earnest songs.
It’s possible that that’s me. I think my obnoxiousness is amplified by me holding the phone right next to my head when recording so I don’t block others’ views. Apologies
@@WesYarber Ok…I might do similar things watching this show, that’s why I tend to not record…bbbut, I really appreciate that you did, so I’m at an impasse as far as overall disapproval. So I’m sorry for saying anything…I assumed this was a huge comment section, you wouldn’t see my comment, I wasn’t hoping a critique reached you. Just looking for sympathy from the ether.

The piano solo at 48:22 blew my mind. It just kept getting better and better.
Crazy good solo! And the band backs it up perfectly!

Thanks for uploading this!!!
Thomas Aura glad to know I’m not the only one watching it!
Right before the pandemic started, when we used to share same space without being concerned about social distance...

thats one interesting version of "what did you mean by love"...
Great audio, is that the board mix?
Kurt Gerber all of the audio is from the iPhone’s internal speakers. Think it turned out pretty well
@@WesYarber Sounds incredibly good.
It's Joe Freakin' Dart!!!!!
What keyboard is Lee Pardini playing for his main piano sound?
I believe it is a Nord Stage. If you mean the individual patch on the Nord, then I’m not completely certain. My guess would be the Velvet Grand.

@@WesYarber True. I didn´t notice the pitch shift bar. Thanks!
