I knownmy body doesn't really ache for long periods of time. Monthly check ups with doc, everything is pretty strong and healthy. I will say... I found out my bone density/muscle density is higher than normal.. I'm slim athletic 5'9 145 pounds. Maybe it's genetics.. everyone's body is different
