What made this movie so real was it had real people from around the way (Fort Greene Park) and was there to see them make the movie in the park. The time was the "Good old Bad Days in Fort Greene is what Spike Lee and others called it .
Could’ve been the greatest with the brains he had . I went to grade school and high school with a guy like him . The guy was that smart could’ve been a successful Doctor 🥼. But he choose the drug game damn which he has become successful with.
This is what I don't understand. Education is the great equalizer. I know this for a FACT because my father who grew up on dirt floors in Haiti came here and because a doctor. AND Sonny's father was in the picture. How did it all go so wrong?
