A great review, especially in the car park- I enjoy all your trivia. And thank you for making my Midnight Blue 964 TH-cam famous at 4:30 during the Scirocco section 🤣
Thank you - I collect trivial bits of info on all sorts of things - it’s nice to find a use for some of it!
Lovely video. Watched the cars early on parked on the grass. If they all did that down here (west Cornwall) this year you'd need a few tractors on hand to get them out again when they wanted to set off home.
yes I wondered whether there'd be an issue - clearly the Air Ministry did a good job with drainage back in the 1920s when they prepared the airfield. Thanks for watching.
Wow, promoted to "friend" :) Interesting video, I need to get to a scramble soon...
Have I referred to you as something less than "friend" before? 😉 - tickets are on sale already for the April one.
Got some good spots there and something I missed when I was there! Definity agree I like a S2 LW too 💯
Thanks - always pays to check the car park! Thanks for watching.
I was there also. It was such a lovely turnout of cars. Watching your video has made me realise what I missed when I filmed mine
There were many more cars there - too many to capture them all - I just picked out ones that interested me or caught my attention.
good to see you again at BH Stewart - looking forward to the
'balancing carbs' video :-)
Likewise - yes, me too, not least because it should run better afterwards 🤞🏼
How was the Esprit when you took it out of the car shield?
Any condensation or paintwork damage?
There was a little condensation at the opposite end to the fans, at the top - which also is at the sunny end (not that we had much). The fans just circulate the ambient air, whether it’s damp or otherwise. The paintwork is fine though.
Nice video, how much current does the car shield uses?
The manufacturer claim works out as 12kWh per month - so that's about £3.60 in the UK. Although I'm now running on c70% so that would be more like £2.50.
Singer is a bit.. ..jumped the shark.
I agree - Porsches generally don't excite me, nor do body kits, nor do restomods - so as I said, it's not really my thing but you can't argue with populism!
