- Hi welcome to my trip from Buriram To Nakhon Ratchasima Thailand Travel Day And Accommodation. As you will see my intention was to get the train to Bangkok but things dont always happen that way here in Asia. Nakhon Ratchasima was a lovely stop off and the hotel was amazing for the price.

Legend Richard doing a great job
Thanks Linden
Morning, Richy! Hope you are still smiling today and feeling better.
Down the main street of Burriram, looks like little bonsai trees in the strip between traffic. Cute. 🌳
Yeah, I wouldn't want to be arriving outskirts of Bangkok at 3am either. Good choice for the bus.
Thai Mafia!? Wow, that's like in the movies about collecting rent and getting free beers. I wonder how that whole underbelly works in each region? Maybe I don't want to know 🤣
Good deal for the bus ride giving you 40 Baht reduction. Nice work. It's good to know not all in the country are just after every cent they can get. That's certainly the assumption.
Take care, my friend!
Hi Greg, thanks I’m recovering well. It was a beautiful City Buriram.
The mafia have their own territories, if you’re not a problem you’ll never see them mate.
I have a predator sculpture like the hotel one made out of old motorbike parts. And also an Alien sculpture from the movie taller than the predator. Bought them about 18 years ago cost a small fortune to ship them to the USA.
Class mate, money well spent
Thanks Richy, you’ll be at 3000 subs very soon. All the best 👍🇦🇺
Thanks, the channels getting there mate🤞🏻👍🏻
Pacapow and that green herbs absolutely beautiful
It is really nice mate
you have a good view,from a balcony for a change mate!😂
It was lovely there mate and so cheap😎
Hi Richy. Another good one mate. Safe travels
Thank you mate
Top vid Richy, awesome to watch you on your adventures. Best wishes.
Thanks Matt, you too mate
Enjoy each day and night Richy, Thanks for sharing your trip in this video!!
It’s a pleasure as always Jack, thank you mate
Looks nice to chill out and watch people play a game😊 with a bear on the sides nibbles
It was a lovely mate, I don’t drink much but it was a nice day for it
Nice looking accommodation and good trip, thank you
My vlogs are full of amazing accommodations where ever you go👍🏻
No point in having a mind if you can't change it and travel is after all supposed to be spontaneous.
That’s the beauty of it Simon, you know mate👍🏻
You never said what the room cost.
Anyway, I have travelled that route.
From the bus station I walk to the train station and book in nearby for B300.
You could have booked a train south that night for next day to Bangkok for about B150.
Still, you did stay in a nice hotel and had a good night.
Ditch the polyester Richy - its too hot. 🙂
Thsnks Peter sorry about the late reply. I got the bus as it took me straight to Mochit, then I was on the bus to Kanchanaburi no problem.
I usually always wear sports tops and if I’m sweating they dry out really quickly. The hotel was £12 a night and it was really good mate.
Love the freedom you have to just change plans mid trip. The Walking Man with a class move leaving money to buy those guys a drink after you leave 👍
The beauty of travelling mate and it’s nice to give back to people when it’s deserved. They were really nice guys👌🏻
That was an interesting travel day lol glad you stopped over, the room looked lovely 😊
Thanks June, it was really nice. I will be back😊
Good Afternoon 🎉👍
Hi mate👍🏻👌🏻
You never know what's around the corner 🙂 Good video !!
You don’t mate, that’s the beauty of travelling. Thank you
When I spent a month in Thailand (2019) the only hassle I encountered was from a fellow Brit tourist. He was the type that brings shame to all us Brits. He was treating a Pattaya minibus driver like dirt all because the driver became temporarily lost due to loads of road works and diversions. Stuck up for the driver and I became the target.
It is ridiculous how some tourists treat the Thais, gets my back up sometimes. Lovely people
Well done from your honest hart richie good man loving it have a lovely day
Honest heart, told the tramp to go away while asking people to give him money. Ok
Thanks mate, I had a lovely day
We like the routes you take richy
Thank you mate, I love the traditional side of Thailand as much as possible
Idea Richy, Head to Khunhan near Sisaket. Have excuse spelling Preah Vinear temple very good on Thai Cambodia border. Also has temple of a million glass and very good morning market.
I’ll definitely check that out when I return Toby, thanks mate
always a thumbs up from me as I don't have the stamina as you. great budget tours
Thank you Tim, I’ve just taken a big hit mind. Upcoming in tomorrow nights vlog
@@ParkinsonRaw Thank you. Sounds ominous. Look forward to the next adventure. Take care. God Bless.
@TKDJK thanks Tim, its an eye opener ha. Forgive the pun, you’ll understand when you watch it👍🏻
Good afternoon Richy as it is after 12 pm here in London
Good evening mate, it’s nearly 7pm here
Good morning Mr Richy.
Hi mate
When I was in bangcok and Pattaya was always bad drain smells mate. Is it still the same. Bud ko samui was totally different from what I can remember 😂👍🏻. Keep safe bud
Thanks Jonny, it is in dry season mate. No water flushing the pipes👍🏻
@@ParkinsonRaw was a good video that. Enjoyed it mate. I’ve started taking them electrolytes in water daily. I used to use Himalayan salt but the tablets now 👍🏻
@JonnyWilkinson-yh3ct they are really good Jonny but remember they’re only to replace mineral salts you need after sweating badly. Too many electrolytes can be damaging
@@ParkinsonRaw yeah mate cheers. I will take that advice. In summer I sweat bad on the trowel all day. Cheers mate 👍🏻👍🏻
@@JonnyWilkinson-yh3ct bananas are rich in electrolytes Jonny, just don’t eat to many in on day
I know girls around rambuttri,in backpacker bars that I have left money with for several weeks while visiting elsewhere in the kingdom; for emergency back up should the shit hit the fan.....good as gold.
That’s good, people here are amazing as you know
Well how much per night was that cool room in Khorat Richy?
It was lovely mate £12.50 a night
Cheeky but have the stuff from fridge go to 7 eleven and just replace it.
It’s right mate, there’s no problem as long it’s replaced. There well over charging in most places, double at times
how much would you pay for a coconut from a vendor on the street there, also with a spoon to eat the meat with, in Pattya was about 20 baht , but I may be mistaken
20 baht is cheap mate, usually between 20-30 depending on the amount of tourists
it says you replied but nothing there
TH-cam drop the ball sometimes, I do smoke when I have the occasional beer Dan which is not often mate
Kanchan,Kanchan,kanchan❤
Love it mate❤️💯🇹🇭
Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) is the gateway city to Issan and is also the biggest city in Issan. Friendly people and inexpensive living for a city this size.
I live there and will look forward to your vlogs when you return here.
The model at your hotel was the predator alien from the films.
Cheers.
It is lovely there mate I’ll definitely be returning. The predator statue was class, the hotel also was so cheap for the quality
How much was the accommodation Ricky? Regards Kell
Hi Kell, it was £12 a night mate
Nice one mate, good looking accommodation for the cost, love your vlogs 👍
Apologies for the typo error Richy👍
@kellgiggs6593 thanks Kell
saw you smoking do you always
Hi Dan, only when I have the occasional beer mate
so a ripe fruit changes colour ,whatever next !
In Buriram or Korat or Nakhon nowhere ,99.9 % of Thais won't speak "Farrang" . In Pattaya everyone will of course
22 years here and I don't know how the mafia shit works here but I live in a small village . I would be skeptical of some stuff they say about this ,basically because no one has any dosh any way ,but there are the gambling dens and the call centres ,scamming stuff etc
I've never really had a confrontation here except in the early days when I confronted the dog cars ,the pickups taking strays for slaughter and dog meat ,then I got animated
Why not go to my patch ,Sa Kaeo ,on the east bordering Cambodia . Great landscape as it becomes a lot more undulating so not continuous rice paddy and the border town Aranyaprathet is worth a visit
Thanks Ian, I’ll be visiting that way soon mate. If you keep your head down you’ll never see the mafia, it’s only when your a problem they’ll get the call
Polish on,polish off...🙏
👌🏻👍🏻🙏🏻
What laptop do you use for your downloads on your videos
I use a MacBook Pro mate
Thanks!
Thank you so much Andrew.
