- Hubby and I went to Rome, Italy for Valentines day and it was the most amazing time ever!! I tried to do as much research on the VAT refund process before I went, but I found it to be different than what I was prepared for. I'm sharing my experience with the VAT refund process and the different companies I had to use!!

Thanks for this video! I’m going to Italy for my honeymoon later this summer and it’s super helpful (and good inspo 😁) FYI lot of friends suggested making appointments at any boutiques in advance so I did and the SAs have already been so great at reaching out via WhatsApp/email with photos and making sure they reserve any items that we’re interested in! Not sure if the premium house like Hermes or Chanel will accommodate like that but Gucci, Prada and Fendi have been great!

Can you tell the VAT refund % ?
It’s about 12-14% depending on the item and the cost.
Nice but the twilly is overpowering cuz the bags so small
