This worked very well for me where I am regular white collar who doesn't have much time to exercise but have to exercise. The fit is snug. The upper breaks in with time. The midsole is good.
Here in the Philippines that Supernova Rise cost about 135USD, which is a hard sell compared to the Boston 12 with a 145USD MSRP. I went to Adidas End of Christmas Sale to try on this Supernova Rise, walked out the store with the Boston 12 which I got for 100USD.
I bought Boston 12 for just under 140$ last summer but they are currently selling Supernova Rise for around 180$ in my region. It's crazy how prices change drastically depending on where you live.
@@edwinduisburg8138Adidas is very conservative when they do sales here compared to Nike and Puma. How does 58USD for Puma Deviate Nitro 2 sound? How about 100USD for Nike Invincible 3 and 45USD for Pegasus 40. And this was not very late in the year sales. Around September and October last year.
Got a supernova solution for my dad I have to admit it’s softer/lighter than most adidas running. But agree the heel feels weird. Waiting for the supernova prime before I make my final shoe choice for a daily trainer. Currently on novablast 3 and switch FWD for my easy runs.
Been looking to replace my infinity run 3s. I tend to stick to a shoe once I feel like I struck gold but now its harder to find them in my size at a discount as time passes by. Picked up the Solution, stability version, as I tend to like the neutral stability aspect that is gaining traction. They work great on a treadmill. The Prima is out too but I havent hit the roads much because of intense heat and humidity where I live.
I just hope that Adidas does not mess up the SolarGlide 7 , with Boost Light or a new foam. The SolarGlide 6 is heavy shoes like the Nike Infinity Run 4, but I love both with passion. Much about the nice flow of my runs and the amazing stability that makes me waste less energy... I run better with these two shoes over a lightweight, unstable, and bad heel to.toe transition like my NB 1080 v13.
Ive always felt Adidas daily trainers didnt have enough stack in the forefoot. Ive gotten so used to the Prime X that Im not sure I can go back to something like this shoe.
i hope and it would be more nice you could also mentioned weight in metric (gram) for me and your other subscribers outside the US.....your channel is great, and i love to read your review in your website, thanks
Comparing to the soon-to-release SL 2 will be interesting.

It is weird that running shoes are cheaper in Japan despite their higher cost of living

Supernova rise,How to feel the increase for long runs, half marathons and comfortable at what pace?
And is there any energy return?

@DoctorsofRunning could you kindly compare Adidas SuperNova Rise vs Saucony Ride 17, and Asics Novablast 4. Thanks :)
UB 19 and 21 were FIRM, and I sold them each after one run. Junk. HOPE these are different than that Boost scam.

Same for me. My NB1080 feels very ordinary. Just like a cheap pair of shoes despite the premium price
I tried them and the toe guard is incredible hard, did anyone had the same experience?
Everything else is amazing, foam especially
Ηow it's looks like as new after 100 miles?
They now have wide versions out
Pls compare this to the rebel v4 :)
Not sure we’ll ever get it but if we do, we’ll compare!
Other supernovas are out now how we can see a review/comparison
Is this ok for heavier runners? I’m around 190 lb, 9 min easy pace
Ive always felt Adidas daily trainers didnt have enough stack in the forefoot. Ive gotten so used to the Prime X that Im not sure I can go back to something like this shoe.
Does this shoe beat the Boston 12 all around?
Supernova is for easy and easy long runs as B12 is for faster workouts and doean't really feel good for slow runs.
How size 14 would fit if ur a size 13
Rise vs novablast 4 ?
Ohh good idea. I’ll go shoot that video. Better comparison honestly than the true equivalent the cumulus 25

@@DoctorsofRunning How about Rise vs. Adizero SL. They both seem like daily trainers and similar price. SL 2 looks like a nice improvement, too.
Good review but you are talking way to fast, slow down...
Unless english is your 2nd language, you need to do back to 3rd grade if you can't understand him.
playback speed to .75 really works wellll might hellp!
I don't think it's the right size
adidas is slipping down the slope
Why do you think that? This shoe is way better then Pegasus 41 and maybe even Novablast 4.

We’ll try to work it in. Habits can take a little time! We did leave specs in the description though and as long as we have them will add them there.
