What about lost ground on no friends for lote severe adhd, lost ground on little fun doing things or lost ground in video games because not enough motivation/brain activation hard to describe, but i think a catch up during holidays seems kinda for the mild versions and ignoring the other stuff. Why would they not just make a to do list and work a bit every day if they had the motivation to do this monster of a task?
