Two years later and still not in sight. Could it depend on that it's only Euro4 ?

Looks great. I'd be interested. Some quality components. Hope the overall finish is as good as European, Japanese bikes. Shaft drive would have been nice.

Yes! You should have definitely stayed with the electronically adjustable suspension even if it added a little to the price, the competition has it so if you want to compete then you must have it as well. Shaft drive would have been great but maybe that would have added maybe too much to the price.

This is a BEAUTIFUL BIKE!!! All the styling is spot on ! The engine is a great motor! The electonics are over the top too. Let's just compare shall we. What bike, the Honda Goldwing, the Harley's, the BMW's, the Indian's, the Triumph's.....NONE have this level of a bike and certainly at this price point! WELL DONE CFMoto!!! I am and have been a fan for a bunch of years now and you've taken your bike to a new level! WELL DONE!

I love it and plan to trade in my 2023 650NK as soon as a dealer near me has one for sale. I have been riding over 50 years now and have owned all sorts of bikes and my little CF Moto 650NK is one of the best riding medium size bikes I have ever owned, but the real kicker is it cost like nothing to buy new. CF Moto has it's hooks into me for sure.

Like you I've had any sort of Japanese and Europen motorbikes and have been riding for the last 46 years. In 2020 I bought a CfMoto 650 tk, I am totally satisfied with the reliability of the bike and the very little money I've spent on mantenence for the 60.000 km I've ridden the bike. The new 1250 TR-g will certainly be my next bike. I rode 1 liter bikes from 1986 to 2020, then I downgraded, so to speak, and I am now ready to go back to a big engine. Wish you good heath and happiness. Drive safely

I'm in the market for a touring bike and would consider this if, and it's a big if, the dealer network is robust enough to support it.

I disagree. All their engines are a generation older for their 650 from Kawasaki, 800 from KTM. Bikes are extremely heavy with no tech in 650 and incomplete tech in the 800mt (no traction control) 2 riding mode only rain and sport. The fueling in slow maneuvers is difficult.
300cc engines are problematic. Many engines failed in the first 2 years, although covered under warranty, but reliability is an issue. What's going to happen when the warranty expire? Also in the 300cc, riding modes has no difference. Rain and sport mode just changes the screen, it doesn't change the mapping at all!
400NK weight is the same as the 650NK, and it's considered heavy for a 650! Imagine the weight on a 400!
The only decent bike I see is probably the 700 CLX and the 450SR. The rest of the bikes, not so.

@@CaptainChristianZ1818 I have ridden around 1 Million km in 45+ years all over Europe, you name it and I am prestty sure I've been there, no abs cornering, not riding modes, no electronic suspension etc. Never had an accident and enjoyed my ridings SO much. I would like to suggest to riders to buy what they like or can afford, don't take bike reviews too seriously, just ride. BTW I also have a porsche cayman s 981 (so NA engine), old generation as someone says and I would never change it for a new turbo one. Stop looking for the best or the latest, they don't exist or they are not important. Wish you all good health and happy trips

CF has learned a lot of lessons from KTM, and I'd expect that this bike, Chinese or not, is going to be a pretty excellent value for money package. The weight (300 kg? gotta check that) is way way over the top if it's true, while a similar bike (BMW R1250RT, you can't mistake that faring, mirrors and instrument panel for anything else) has a curb weight of 279 kg implying a dry weight of 224 kg (and it's shaft drive). It'll be interesting to see and test drive.

    • @68404
      @68404 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

BMW are notorious for quoting empty weights for their bikes, and when specced up to similar products from other manufacturers are pretty line ball.

Good vfm, almost perfect, for perfection it needs adaptive radar and cruise control, shaft drive and a 0% finance deal.

Definatly would be better with shaft drive but would also put the price up

On the basis that so much is already made in China I have no doubt that this will be a quality offering. If the price differential is so much it will be popular. The key issues will be residuals and service. The Chinese have learned quickly and will beat their western counterparts in the price game. This or close to £7k more for an R1250RT? My recent experience of BMW products and service means I won’t buy another. CF may get my business.

Now here is a thing having owned a modern BMW ,I hope you don't have to plug into a triple charger when not in use modern fuel injected bikes need a a electric fuel pump to deliver fuel to injectors you won't be bump starting any of these types of bikes with a low or flat battery out
Any mention of a adjustable seat current main stream large bikes are for your average 6ft tall rider
As many of you know the fantastic advance veetwin KTMs have had huge issues with there electronics and resale of there brilliant bikes have bottomed out
The bike looks very impressive dealer back up I'm not sure about

Would have too be cheaper to take the risk, Honda NT 110 similar price and would have better resale vale Other CF moto bikes have poor resale.
A second hand one may bee a better option.
