I'm planning to buy b6, but I want to use my mics with both ios and android devices. Can I use these transmitters with an Iphone if I buy a receiver of b3/b4?
Yes, if you buy the B6 system and the Blink 500 Pro RXDi, it will work with USB-C Android devices, computers and iOS devices with RXUC (included with the B6), and Lightning iPhones and iPads using the RXDi. The receivers can easily be paired with the transmitters in the same case from the B6 system.
I bought the Saramonic Blink 500 Pro B4 set after watching this, and I’m happy about the sound quality. But even after turning the transmitters audio levels up to 6 (max) I still get too low levels. Since I’m streaming live I can’t increase the levels in post. Am I missing something here? Can I control the receiver in some way? The Larix Brodcaster app is not able to adjust the audio. When trying with Filmic Pro I had to raise the levels in post a lot, even if Filmic Pro was at it’s highest setting. Please help!
You need to have the RXUC Pro receiver, not the original Blink 500 RXUC receiver. Then you have to use the charging case that is included from one of the Blink 500 Pro B3, B4, B5 or B6 systems. Please contact support@saramonicusa.com for more info.
I have Motorola moto g100 and Saramonic Blink 500 UC B6. I see in settings, audio effects that it is installed in the mobile, but it is not connected when I start recording video. Do I need an app? Thank you in advance for your help
Hi Anita, the stock camera app on some Android devices do not support external microphones. If you download an app called "Open Camera" then choose the settings gear icon -> video settings -> Audio Source -> External mic. This should fix the issue. Hello i just bought b6 with 2 mics and i somehow cannot find out how to setup my mics in streamlabs obs on mobile. I am paired with the transmitters but i dont know how to actual use my mics afterwards... PLEASE HELP
Yes, the Blink 500 Pro B4 will work with TikTok. Make sure you have the receiver in mono mode. Also, close the TikTok app completely and open start the TikTok app only after you have the B4's receiver plugged in and the transmitters on for the app to recognize an external Lighting app is in use.
I bought mine and I couldn’t get it connected with my GoPro hero9 it says work with cameras as well not true i even try adding a GoPro mic adapter even media for hero9
The B3 and B4 are for iOS products with Lightning, the B5 and B6 are for Android devices and Computers with USB-C. None of these are compatible with cameras, not is there a mention of cameras on this video. If you happen to have the Blink 500 Pro B1 or B2, they are compatible with the GoPro's mic adapter and Media Mod. Make sure you are using the correct cable, TRS to TRS (right-angled on both sides)

Hello, the system you choose would depend on the device you are running Facebook Live on. If you are using an iPhone or standard iPad with a lightning connection, you can use the Blink Pro B3 or B4. If you have an iPad Pro with USB type C, Android, or mac/PC with USB-C you can use the Blink Pro B5 or B6. Hope this helps!
