Something about the music and the setting and vibe of NYC really makes it seem like it's stuck in an era, the calm and relaxing cafe like music with the mass amounts of people just going about their day... it seems so... peaceful in a sense
I always think of that when I see these videos but then I remember what NY looked like throughout most of it's life, right up until the 90s and I quickly correct my fantasizing. Pre 9/11 New York legitimately feels like a different world. It's incredibly jarring to see how happy and carefree everyone looks when just months later the city turns into hell on earth.

Gta 3 and its theme song always associate with NY in my head. I've never been to US though. I remember 2002, when me and my friend were playing gta 3. I can't even describe that feeling. But sometimes I just wanna relive certain moments from back then. I think I'm getting old😄

I agree. If you watch American movies from the 90s, New York is pretty much regarded as the best city, an event, an amusement park, the heart of America and, shoving this towards people's throats, the world. 1:17 this bird really scared me for a second, holy
this is a whole vibe!
When that bird appeared I was like 💀
"There´s something bad about to happen" ~
1:17 I thought that bird was something else.
I played GTA Games for the first time in 2012, yes pretty late to the party. But even then I didnt knew about GTA IV and V and came to know about them in 2018. 2015 was when I regularly started playing GTA SA and I played the entire game for 2 years straight and couldnt finish that Wrong side of the tracks mission. I completely finished the game's main sorry in 2017. Had a pirated copy which I got from my friend.Ah... The memories playing GTA III with hindi songs running in VLC.
Now I regularly play GTAO atleast once a week as I also play other games like Watchdogs, Far Cry, Mafia, Final Fantasy, Forza Horizon 4, etc.
Haha, it's never too late to try things!! The point is to enjoy the games haha, thanks for your support
La verdad queda bonito con la canción del gta lll,es relajante y ademas las torres gemelas siempre fueron imponentes, una obra de arte sublime.
thank god it’s may, not september
May?
I want to be 8 Years old again xD
I thank my parents, they were so cool and let me play this masterpiece in this age.

In my country Brazil, for example, nothing has changed. no one even cares about it
por alguna razón me genera una enorme nostalgia, a pesar de que nací en el 2001 pero no lo viví. Es una sensación rara
Months before the worst disaster.
For every millennial, 9/11 was the day our innocence was completely and utterly destroyed.
We've been a lost generation ever since.
RIP to all those who lost their lives in the tragedy 🙏🥀
Fake never happened
thank bush
@@NostalgicMem0ries and the war industry of america cuzz thats what was being funded for 20 years after 9/11
The most pathetic thing is how did they allowed the second plane to reach its target? the first is first nobody expected this. But how come nobody stoped the second plane flying towards NY towers. Fighter Jets could have difused that plane somewhere in less crowded area.@@NostalgicMem0ries
@@bamf6603 back in time i doubt there were laws allowing to down own plane, before 9/11 ppl havent even been checked before entering planes, or in some more secure airports maybe metal detector
Ahhhhh, those were the days.
Loco no se por que hay tanta gente en español viendo este video pero se agradece, ademas que sin esto no me hubiera dado cuenta dw que tan buena es esta música
Gracias por tu apoyo 😃

When the bridge isn't closed because of terrorists yet and you can go everywhere on the map at the beginning of the game
The 2000s were so amazing 😢😢😢
Yea the world from 2000 to 2010 is so cool
1:18 that bird definitely knew and was trying to warn them
At first I tough that bird was a plane, but when it went past the towers, I realised it was actually a bird. 💀
There's something about pre 9/11 New York that is so mystical
Nice I always imagined this in my mind the scenery and this music tune. Well done friend.
I can't watch this without thinking about how life was back then. That bird at 1:16 made me tense up hard.
I’ve never been more scared of a bird in my entire life
