Hi Parag, people do prepare for civil services exams while in their M-Tech if you choose some lower ranked NIT, you can safely give time for your exams, even at IIT Delhi and Mumbai , people prepare for such exams. Obviously you have to give extra time but that is the bet you are taking!

I would suggest to continue with the job at samsung if the pay package is more than 10 lakhs. Its better to grow there and then switch for right jibs later rather than going for M-Tech until unless there is an interest in research or for going for PhD
