Ben since you mentioned changing your Team for the next Season, be aware of the following thing: It is very important that you look at the contract that the Team is offering you. If Ferrari for example want to hire you or you can apply for a driver spot, they may just want you as a test driver, what would mean you won't race any races you are just there for Friday Testing and RnD Testing. So be very careful about Driver Offerings from Teams like Ferrari, Renault, Mercedes or Honda.

Its not until you go back to this game that you realise how forgiving the Codemasters games are with things like crash damage and with having the ability to restart the race also this game has stuff that the Codemasters game dont have like the engine failures and parade laps

BUT if you intend to do at least two seasons after this one then I guess it would be better to restart on a harder difficulty.
