Allow me to explain: -in season 4, we only ever saw the few moments before Luna's transformation, so one could assume the miasma caused her to age before completely manifesting (thus causing the transformation) -Celestia trying to stop it from attacking Luna can also pass as canon (we only ever see what occurs when she returns to the castle, after speaking with her parents) -The Elements of Harmony were originally ponies who had (in the same sense that Greek gods represent different emotions) personified into them and turned into the gems to become eternal (the Tree of Harmony would have been created before Celestia and Luna were born (perhaps by their parents) to guard the Elements, since Luna and Tia didn't know their location) and Tia and Luna could see the Elements' "spirits" -Even the part where Tia is pushing Nightmare Moon towards the moon and breaks her wing can *also* be canon (just before we see Nightmare Moon appearing on the Moon's surface we only see a beam of rainbow light hitting the moon) And of course, since that's where the flash-back ends, anything after that goes! Call me a dork for going through all of this just to explain a fanfic but I *REALLY* do enjoy this take on the classic story! :D

Wow...just...wow. This was truly amazing. I loved how Celestia broke apart at remembering her heartache instead of being all stiff and proper(Don't get me wrong, I don't hate her, she's...just not my favorite). The story and plotline were original, and while sad for the majority of it, it had a happy ending. At some points, I was close to crying. The artwork was also amazing. And then, the background music just fit so perfectly......a true, rare masterpiece.

Man, I'll admit it I'm a sucker for stories, and this one is one of the few that really got me. To put it simply, I loved d it and the music you used was great for it as well. So far only two others have gotten to me like this, My Little Dashie and Past Sins ( which I haven't finished yet). Just except it for what it is, a Great origin story that was very well written and illustrated! Sincere Kudos! I absolutely Loved Your Tale... To be honest, I cried through almost all of it. lol. Hits a little close to home. But that's when you know it's good, when a story pulls that raw emotion out of you.

This actually is a good backstory and filler of missing scenes when we only get too see few moments of what made Princess Luna into Nightmare Moon. So, Princess Celestia and her friends were what Twilgiht Sparkle and her friends were like a thousand years ago. This had me tearing up at moments. I can say that this is giving some great ideas for a backstory if I ever do a My Little Pony fan fiction.
This was truly beautiful, whenever I see something Luna related tho, I get kind of sad for her and her past, her sorrow, and that somewhat rubbed onto me over time. I'm gonna be honest, I was afraid that this video would make me sad again when I just 'healed' up from my feels :/ But this surprised me ALOT. This was something.. amazing, something I never suspected, a story where Luna isn't blamed and made to apologize after all that's happened. I loved it a lot (though some parts I had to pause) but the music and everything was outstanding together! Liked and subbed, shared and loved, hope to see more, fingers crossed!~ ^^

Luna and tia's mother and father died trying to defeat a whole army of draconequus when the princesses were just little fillies. and if you watch the first episode of mlp fim season 4, princess Luna changed HERSELF with magic into nightmare moon and in the very first episode of mlp fim, it EXACTLY says that when Luna brought the moon up again, she didn't want celestia to bring up the sun then that's when they got into a fight and she changed into nightmare moon

It doesn't matter if that's what actually happened or not, as an avid comic reader I use to scrutinize continuity to the point that it was annoying, now I've learned to not think so deep about it because It's just a giant tale told by many people with there own thoughts and touches. Just except it for what it is, a Great origin story that was very well written and illustrated! Sincere Kudos! I absolutely Loved Your Tale... To be honest, I cried through almost all of it. lol. Hits a little close to home. But that's when you know it's good, when a story pulls that raw emotion out of you.

Oh my gooosh!! I loved this!! I think it tells us that princesses works the same way as other ponies, and especially when Celestia wanted to sleep with Luna... And the story is much better. It feels like there was more thought into it, rather than just 'turned into Nightmare moon thats it because nopony loves her', you know what I mean. And I also liked that in the story, ponies actually found the joy, and Luna saw it. MY THOUGHTS!! Love you everypony xxxx

My verdict? 15 OF OF F *OBJECTION* ING 10. This headcanon showed great qualities that could EASILY give it a show material status. Moral/Message-Love conquers all. Excecuted right? YES. Animation-er, artwork. BEAUTIFUL. Pacing is spot on, and the story itself was great. Covered up everything as a headcanon SHOULD do.

This actually is a good backstory and filler of missing scenes when we only get too see few moments of what made Princess Luna into Nightmare Moon. So, Princess Celestia and her friends were what Twilgiht Sparkle and her friends were like a thousand years ago.
This had me tearing up at moments. I can say that this is giving some great ideas for a backstory if I ever do a My Little Pony fan fiction.
This was truly beautiful, whenever I see something Luna related tho, I get kind of sad for her and her past, her sorrow, and that somewhat rubbed onto me over time. I'm gonna be honest, I was afraid that this video would make me sad again when I just 'healed' up from my feels :/ But this surprised me ALOT. This was something.. amazing, something I never suspected, a story where Luna isn't blamed and made to apologize after all that's happened. I loved it a lot (though some parts I had to pause) but the music and everything was outstanding together! Liked and subbed, shared and loved, hope to see more, fingers crossed!~ ^^
