It would be great if Deadpool's friends didn't traumatize him, but he's been a huge fan of traumatizing friends for a while now. Early Deadpool used to torture the heck out of his "friends" in a torture chamber called The Box. Weasel and Blind Al considered themselves prisoners, since attempts to leave Deadpool's life ended with friends of theirs getting killed.
