@@ShelleyReacts Well that was kind of hostile… you said in the video it was 2017 so I was just explaining otherwise. I’m fully aware of what Trump’s campaign was, but these ideas also did not start or end with him.

@@ShelleyReacts oh that’s not what I meant 😂 I meant it more like “what horrible/pointed timing”. I remember having a visceral reaction watching this episode live, and still get icked when it comes on.
This episode is ridiculous...but it still makes me laugh. I love Dean being so proud of himself. It's for sure not my favorite episode, but it's not the worst either.
Don't mind me just waiting for the next few episodes to pass before the episodes that actually have grounds for an interesting plot start 🙃 for those who know, Know.
So I get why Mary left and get why Dean is down about it. The only Winchester I don't get is Sam. He doesn't seem phased by Mary leaving, now one could say he's hiding his feeling cause he's worrying about how Dean is handling it. Thing is even though Dean is clearly depressed about and has been a little short tempered he's actually dealing with it pretty well. We've all seen when Dean isn't dealing and when he spirals out of control, and that isn't happening. And if Sam wants to help Dean wouldn't it make sense for him to open up over how hurt he is over Mary leaving, that way Dean might open up as well, but that hasn't happened, and it should because Sam should be more hurt over this. Sam never had any memories of Mary or a normal life or childhood, he always wanted more time with his mom, now she back to life then soon after she leaves them, and Sam just seems okay with it, that just doesn't make sense to me.
Yea, I second GingerGyrl's thoughts. I think that while he might love Mary as a mother, he doesn't really know her. So he's able to be significantly more objective about her actions.
This is hands down the worst episode of the entire show. The guy that becomes Hitler in the third act was horribly directed to make him bordering on comic. It's just...trash.
I have to counter that thought with that craptastic season 9 episode Bloodlines. Not just the moronic storyline,, but also the fact that they tried to sell the fans on completely boring characters that could carry a spinoff.
While I do love that Dean can brag about killing Hitler, I agree the rest of the episode could've defenetly been better. I don't get why they didn't make it a two parter? That way they could flesh the story out, cause it is a cool concept, trying to stop Hitler from coming back.
I don’t get the Trump comparisons you’re trying to make. I loved this episode. I thought it was awesome that Dean killed h!tler. And I voted for Trump. The second time around, not the first. Just saying… your hyperbole isn’t helping your side. Respectfully, that kind of bs over-the-top comparison is what changed my mind.
@@andiewfs_XIII but at least we knew who was responsible when the president made a decision with Trump. With our current muppet, who knows who is really making decisions?
Damn Dean so depressed he refused pie! He really needed a win. Fortunately, killing Hitler would cheer anybody up
Fun fact:. The scene with the grenade launcher was not in the script. But it was so funny, that they kept it in this
episode. :D
The grenade launcher is one of my favorite running gags.

Same :D
A little late, but always love a Shelley reaction. Hey Shelley did you see when he killed Hitler 😂
As a Jewish person this episode makes me uncomfortable. Also, it aired in Fall 2016, so before Trump got elected.
y’all think trump was born the day he was elected? white ethno nationalism was his campaign

Sam doesn’t have a relationship or expectations of Mary. That’s exactly why he’s basically neutral about her actions.
Yea, I second GingerGyrl's thoughts. I think that while he might love Mary as a mother, he doesn't really know her. So he's able to be significantly more objective about her actions.
Exactly. He had no memories of her at all.

Yes this episode is really stupid and definitely one of the worst episodes in the entire series
