Thank you so much Dr. Lee for your great tips. I’ve been watching many of your videos these day. Thumbs up!
    1. To complete your thought with confidence
    2. Complement others with sincerity
    3. To create an armor of protection with posture
    4. Control your time with boundaries
    5. Command the room with presence
    6. Call people out with care & compassion
    Bonus: Share your style

@DrGraceLee but all these are minupulation. No wonder that so many people are mentally unstable all the while appearing to be stable.

Tip number 3 is a great one that I feel I have pushed aside for a while but really need to implement in my leadership. I have seen bad examples with people who use their posture as a way to lord or belittle people, but posture used properly, with humility combined with confidence can be a really powerful thing! Thank you Dr. Grace Lee for all of your tips! They are so helpful!

Hi Dr. Lee, I found myself Praising My GOD at the point where you talked about using A Commanding Posture when doing a presentation and the reason was because several weeks ago I had uploaded a video unto my instrgram page and when you described the importance of using A Bigger Frame during presentation -- I realized that My JESUS CHRIST, helped Me to do that[ 'USING A COMMANDING FRAME WHILE PRESENTING A SPEECH'] even without having an earth teacher such as yourself teach Me on it. HALLELUYAH.

I have seen posture used against me; someonewho stood over me while I was seated. Thankfully , though, I had the cahootz to stand up also and use my posture to match that person. It was very effective and defused her tirade immediately.

Dr Lee thank you for sharing your skills with me. It makes a difference. I have a question. How do you call out a team member who is constantly showing up late without sounding frustrated? Like you said in step 6, giving that compassion even in a group setting? Without devaluing the person? I am eternally grateful for any advice on this topic.😊

I like to move my space around too. Although since I share my space, it's too difficult to do currently. But my previous space, my way of changing was making my desk space seasonal. This way, I could change it up!

Dr. Lee, thanks much. Always enjoy listening and learning from you. Some of these points, apply to everyone not just those who aspire to become executives. I would like more tools if you can share as "how to command the room" without making others feel outstaged. The term Leader can be misleading, in a group/team, how many can be "leaders"?, but to feel good about your contributions even if you are not at the head of the table.
