Nice to see you back at the cabin, I hope you are well. Great idea for the floating floor. The streams are definitely a plus, even small ones can produce quite a bit of usable water. Depending on if they run all year of course. Love seeing the wildlife, thanks for sharing your video 👍

There are spring water catchment systems for sale that can be used and if they are downhill of the cabin, a solar pump can be installed. That natural spring had a good flow rate. People can be surprised by how much water a little spring provides.
Thanks for the info. Unfortunately the writing I put on the video was because I was actually comparing it to last year and to the signs of the various streams that remained dry. Surely a constant supply of water, even if little, actually, as you say, can provide a lot of water!

Il pavimento modulare è un'idea nata più che altro dal trasporto di materiale, nel senso che avendo un piccolo fuoristrada al momento non posso caricare pezzi troppo ingombranti. Tuttavia posso adattare meglio ogni modulo, credo ci sia un dislivello di pavimenti di oltre 15 cm. Fai escursioni data la tua passione?

Hi Dominic, yes I have considered the issue. The floor will have two ventilation grilles to avoid this problem 😉
