Yes, there are a lot of them, mostly concerning aesthetics. The exteriors cannot be modified in any way, without express authorization which in 90% of cases is not granted. You cannot enlarge the windows, doors, etc. I could always apply, but for now I don't think I will submit any structural modification plans. 💪 thanks for watching!
