    Hi I am trying to make a round pillow top but at round 8 it is starting to become wavy and ripply. I have counted my stitches and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Thank you for any suggestions that may help

    • @knitspired
      @knitspired 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You might try changing your hook size. That waving might be because the hook is too large for the yarn. Hope that helps...sorry you asked a whole year ago!

    Hi!
    Thank you for the video.I'm leaving you a message
    R1.. 8 short-skinned
    R2. 8 popcorn
    R3.. If you make two pieces on the chain, you will have 16 popcorn. I understand this far.
    R4... There are 24 popcorns in the motif
    If you make two, shouldn't you be 32?
    I don't know how 24 of them come out
    What do I do to be 24?
    R5... R6... If you get a little bit of a jump, is there a rule?
    Please answer

    the started crochest your doing are single crochets and the popcorn stitches are the double crochets. A trouble have 2 yarn over, just saying, other than that your video is fantastic and i love the flower :)

    • @BlossomCrochet
      @BlossomCrochet  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, I use British terminology... You're talking about US terminology... Same stitch we just call them different things :)

  • @rainarose4303
    @rainarose4303 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    A single crochet is where you go in to the loop and yarn over then out the loop, you should have 2 loops on your hook, yarn over pull through the 2 loop. A double crochet is where you yarn over then go through the loop, yarn over, take you hook out through the loop and you should have 3 loops, yarn pull through 2, yarn over pull through 2. Now a triple crochet is where you yarn over and then you yarn over again then through the loop yarn over, then out the loop, you should have 4 loop on your hook, yarn pull through 2, yarn pull through 2, yarn over pull through 2.

    Does anyone realize that she kept saying to do double crochets but she was actually only doing a single crochet and then she's saying to do a treble crochet but she's literally just doing a double crochet. Like she has her stitches completely wrong. I don't understand

    • @BlossomCrochet
