I believe that was a different Inspector: Just like Santa Claus, I have many little helpers aiding me in my quest. Except instead of elves, I have other Tarnished full of determination to keep the Drip Inspector's duties up, keeping the quality looks checked and approved!
But one day, it is not unlikely that we, too, shall meet each other. Take care out there, Righteous Tarnished.
