I did the same thing. Tuesday I was shopping for a new ultra-light rod when I saw bamboo poles for sale. Wednesday morning found me at Bennett Spring State Park in Missouri bouncing pieces of boiled shrimp with garlic powder on the bottom. Loads of fun. The fella dressed like the Orvis catalog wasn't having near as much success. Looking back from the future, it's weird to seeing you with a stringer. What happened to "happy and healthy?" No worries, I do both C&R as well as hook and cook.
I'm going to be honest, I might try fishing with a bamboo rod at the trout river that I usually go to. Would really save me a headache regarding the line and reel, especially in those tight areas that the rainbow trout like to gather in.
Professor what brand of Polorize glass are you using I see you spot trout so easily and I have a big problem seeing with my glasses and paid a good price for them at bass ore shop thank you another great class professor
May suprise you but i use 5.00 ozark trail polarized glasses. Whats important is the tent. I may make a in depth video soon on when to use each shade of lense and why.
Not bad for an ole huckleberry Finn rod. Keep em coming brother!

Pole fishing is my favorite
It's a Valsesiana, or Tenkara, but is very similar to valsesiana fishing..extremely good tecnique
What’s the name of the bait that you’re using?
Does this pole come with the line nice video great action
Yeap!
Wrap the hook with thread to the bend add some super glue to the thread and put the plastic on you won't have to worry about the plastic slipping
Where are you fishing just looking for good trout?
Did the other fella even catch any Trout?
Another cane pole vid is needed!
Just posted one! Well tenkara
can you do a zebco 33 micro rod to catch some trout
Is the pole fished Tenkara Fly fishing style
Yeah kinda
It's Southern Bamboo pole fishing, tenkara is Japanese bamboo pole fishing or telescopic pole fishing that's all for today's lesson
Must have just been stocked
What pound test line??
