APPLYING POLISH -
✅ Cover the whole design with nail polish, using a generous quantity. If you want to save some nail polish and if you are a bit more experienced with stamping you can also try to cover about half of the design and then drag the rest of the polish with the scraper to cover the whole design.
❌ Don't apply a thin layer of nail polish, as it will dry much faster.
SCRAPING -
✅ Scrape gently once (preferably in a 45-degree angle), with a pressure similar to when you dust off the table 😉. Even if you see the design is not clean is fine, the streaks won't pick up.
❌ Don't press too hard against the plate while scraping, you don't need to scrape the design clean.
❌ Don't scrape backwards.
❌ Don't scrape several times in a row, you will make the polish dry faster.
PICKING UP -
✅ Pick up with a smooth rolling motion.
✅ Pick up by pressing down gently.
❌ Don't press too hard while rolling the stamper, if the head is being squished that is too much pressure.
❌ Don't press moving your stamper in every direction. This is not the TV controller, it won't work by pressing like crazy.
❌ Don't roll the stamper back and forth, otherwise, you will stamp back on the plate.
❌ Don't wait too long before picking up or the design will dry.
STAMPING -
✅ Stamp on your nail when it's touch dry. If you feel the nail is too smooth and the designs don't stick try applying top coat and stamp when it's still a bit tacky.
❌ Be careful not to press too hard and pierce the head of the stamper with your nail.
EXTRA TIPS -
❗️Clear your stamper using a lint roller (or clear tape if you prefer). Don't clear the stamper with nail polish remover or acetone as this will harm the materials.
❗️Remover the back of the stamper (3 IN 1 ✦ SUPER CLEAR RECTANGULAR STAMPER & SCRAPER) for more precision.
❗️Store your stampers in a dry, cool place away from the sun and with the silicone head protected from the dust.

This is my favorite nail stamping video! All the other videos give no information. When I was stamping like the crazy one, it did not work. Now I know why. I spent a lot the the stamping plates and thought it would not work. After I saw this video, I tried stamping it gently and it worked perfectly! Oh my god.... It actually did work and did work so well even with the finest details. When I was about to bin entire set, this little thing explain how to do it fast and simple way. Still practice does makes perfection, but after an hour of nothing, I got things done first try. Thanks!

Also, DO buy a no-wipe/no smudge top coat. When I finally got my first stamping stuff I was so excited, and when I went to put my regular quick dry top coat on? My whole manicure was ruined with streaks :( People don't mention it enough. Look specifically for a no-smudge top coat!!
Woa, how do you avoid getting the design on your skin surrounding your nail? I usually use liquid latex, but this video makes it look like you don't and don't have clean up.

Probably edited it’s clear the stamp touches the skin in the video but somehow no clean up
e batdorf you don’t need liquid latex, I just use some tape and it will come right off

It's need nail stamping nail polish or we can use normal nail polish
You don't have to cover the whole design with polish, covering about half will be plenty.
We wrote that in the video description, but this video is aimed at beginners, so for them is easier to cover the whole design first and once they have managed the basics they will probably adjust the quantity by themselves ;)

Can you do a video with plates that have desings very small or close to other designs. Im having trouble with the stamper pickin up the design I want along with part of the one next to it.😞
Have a look at all of our other videos! We do it with smaller designs 🤗 the process is exactly the same :)
Can you apply it like a nail polish
Oh and do you have to use the polish they come with?
Should the polish be relatively dense or opposite? (I would like to find an alternative to what you provide because shipping is quite problematic)
Have your plates and stampers, looked forward, but have not been successfull, has just find this video, must try again.
Metallics are always good for stamping. I've used dollar store brands and they work fine. Thicker more pigmented polishes are best. If u tap the brush against the neck of the bottle and can see the bristles clearly that's probably not going work. I've seen people successfully add cornstarch to polish to make them work but it can lighten the color.

Yes clear cover. I'm having issues with the MoYou polish, my other brand is working though.

We recommend stamping ON gel with our nail polish, then apply a gel topcoat 🤗
HOW do i clean the stamper without A roller? Can i just wash IT with water? And can you please recomend A good and cheap white nail polish?
Scotch tape. And I've used many whites. Honestly it depends on what u need it to do. I favor the dollar tree unless u can elaborate further. They have a few brands that they frequent and I've even found Sephora there

Those were good tips. But, I want to know how to take of my stamping plates. :( I just received a stamping set for the first time ever the other day and I know I'm supposed to clean with acetone. But it still streaks all over the plate and the cotton pads infuse leave cotton pieces stuck to the plate images. Should I use paper towel instead? A microfiber cloth? What do I dooo?!?!
In case you haven't found the answer yet.. use paper towel and acetone :) one that works well when wet.
What I do is get as much of the polish of as I can then get a new piece of paper towel and acetone and go over it again. Then I use sticky tape to make sure theres none of the paper fibres left. Make sure you just use the tape on your stampers too. The acetone will ruin them over time :)

Could "touch dry" also be unwiped gel polish that has been cured?
Yes. I stamp on gels regularly. People recommend a matte top coat but I have problems with that. Sticky layer works fine for me. If I'm unsure of my design I top coat w a no wipe gel so if I don't like it a swipe cleanse (3 parts alcohol 1 part acetone) removes it cleanly to try something else.
I hope this helps because I am having bad luck with my first attempts at stamping.

When to add the clear/top coat? I always wait till it's dry, but when I apply it it still smears the design...
It's because you have never tried our MYL smudge proof top coat!! That will NEVER happen 🤩

You can try "floating" your top coat. The smearing happens when ur brush touches the image. Make sure to have enough top coat that it covers the nail but never needs to touch ur design

Yes you can, but make sure they are as highly pigmented as ours 🤗
Can you make stamping polish with old eye shadow ..I want to make stamping nail polish at home...
Umm this company is not going to show you how to do that 🤔..what the will do is promote their stamping polish and get you to buy that.

HELP!!!! I have followed every step in this video and also loads of others and i still cant get the stamp properly. Im even using stamping polishes and still no luck. Any other ideas on what i could be doing wrong?
Clean the stamper every time.
Honestly if nothing has worked ur probably just moving too slowly. The polish does dry (it can rarely color to color even in the same brand.) Try stamping on a sheet of paper until u can apply, scrap, and stamp in a fluid motion def under 15 seconds
