I feel like a crazy person I was in tears watching this. My Dad passed away a few months ago I hadn’t seen him in years due to me being sick and them being older not able to drive up to NH growing up in a small town in MA I was very much a daddy’s girl he worked second shift at a hospital 3-11 that’s second shift I believe so he was the one who woke up with me as a small kid we would watch Sesame Street Mr Rogers and the elephant show then I’d watch Bob Ross while he got my hair done and stuff. He used to make me grilled fluffanutter sandwiches. Also when you mentioned the fudge and that you hadn’t tried it yet I was shocked then realized you probably don’t buy it often for the boys and you aren’t a native born New Englander (I don’t mean that offensively at all) it’s just one of those things everyone’s mother resorted to at some point for a last minute bake for school something or other. I brought fluff fudge to so many school things. Also I love the video itself and the one thing I was and am so passionate about is kids. Letting them learn by doing and that looking at the world as much as I can from their life experience not dumb it down but see what they see because yes it’s annoying to have a pocket full of rocks when they don’t want to put them back but don’t want to carry anymore and their pockets are the size of two rocks if your lucky. You can take those rocks home and learn with them and bring it into a activity that engages their minds. I was before I got ill a Nanny a baby sitter and also a lead teacher in an infant room. I learned so much those years in the infant room learning to listen to my intuition on what’s going on with each baby. Also watching the leaps and bounds in that first year from these helpless little blobs to smiling cooing blobs to sitting and eating and napping and playing little human beings with preferences and there own little identities. I have been so lucky and the nanny jobs were the best years of my entire life I wouldn’t change a second so proud of all my kiddos who are all teenagers officially! Thank you Emmy I needed your video tonight though it brought tears to my eyes it really made me feel good. Thank you.

Fluff fudge is easy quick and wonderful. If you want to get the fluff off of the spoon easily, use a hot, wet spoon to dip with. And dip it back in hot water before each subsequent dip.

I first made it back in the seventies with my mother-in-law when I first got married. I have made it for bake sales, christmas gifts, birthday presents, and church carry-ins over the years since. You could probably find it on line if you want to look it up.
I totally agree with you about kids!!!! They are so creative and just do not know boundaries. I was always trying to watch myself when teaching kindergarten so I wouldn’t squelch it by insisting they paint the flowers red and the leaves and stems green etc. It is tempting for most adults to do that. But once I started fighting that and letting them do what they wanted, it was SOOOO much better. Way more beautiful and interesting. Kids can teach us so much.

Emmy, love the channel. I grew up in North Eastern PA (NEPA) and frequented Tony's Lunch more than I can count. You are correct that it doesn't open until about 6 P and closes when out of burgers not at lunch time. While I don't do the "fluff" part, screamers are excellent. I think you are putting too much into the hot sauce though. It's pretty much tomato paste and red chillie flakes. Seriously, nothing fancy. Extra butter is key. And if you have to order a chocolate milk with your burger, you are not keeping it real.
My mom made that fudge all the time, it was fabtastic, and she played with the recipe as well, changing up what flavor of chips she used, have fun with it, you won't be dissatisfied, it's a great recipe... yuummm

Emmy, love the channel. I grew up in North Eastern PA (NEPA) and frequented Tony's Lunch more than I can count. You are correct that it doesn't open until about 6 P and closes when out of burgers not at lunch time. While I don't do the "fluff" part, screamers are excellent. I think you are putting too much into the hot sauce though. It's pretty much tomato paste and red chillie flakes. Seriously, nothing fancy. Extra butter is key. And if you have to order a chocolate milk with your burger, you are not keeping it real.

My mom made that fudge all the time, it was fabtastic, and she played with the recipe as well, changing up what flavor of chips she used, have fun with it, you won't be dissatisfied, it's a great recipe... yuummm
