Can you copy the pdf file into chat gpt and ask it to summarise it. Then turn it into a unit of lessons. Then ask to convert the lessons into slide outlines ? Then ask for a VB code or go through outline in word or export from word to ppt. I cannot export from word to powerpoint in my software, maybe it works for you.

If the word count is too high in your pdf there are other free Ai sites that can handle it. But if it is summarised first it should be ok, to covert the summary to an unit of lessons then to a text based outline of slides in chat GPT.

If the PDF file is editable, you can add whatever you want. If in case it's not editable, you might not be able to do so.
