Thank you for the video! I'm hoping to revive my 944 after its been sitting for about two years.

Just got a '86 944 Turbo a couple months ago. I'm doing a replacement of the lines since the tank to pump hose started leaking a a couple weeks ago. Also replacing the lines in the engine bay.

Love you videos. Very helpful, and thank you! Just got an '87 944. Tried getting the rubber rear fuel lines off (tank to filter and filter to hard line). All the connections are so rusted/shitty I can't get them to break free. I hesitate to put my small torch on them like on stuck bolts. Do you have any suggestion? I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Nice job. Good to know if my 87 turbo starts having issues with fuel lines.

Tie a string around the line you're removing then you can pull the new line through with the string and it will follow the same path.

Awesome video. I have a leak on my 87 944. And I'm assuming is the gas lines too. Do I have to empty out the gas tank?

ah, you will need to drain the tank to mess with that, and disconnect the battery

I bet that old gas smelled lovely! I wish my Crown Vic had a hatch like that for the fuel pump

It wasn't too bad, it was starting to turn bad, but it was still good enough to run the car.
