- Airbase Arizona of the Commemorative Air Force flew their B-25J bomber, "Maid in the Shade", to the Shelby County Airport (KEET) on Sunday, May 12, 2024. The aircraft is in town for the Flying Legends of Victory Tour and is being hosted by the Commemorative Air Force Birmingham Escadrille Unit.
