His life story and advice really motivated me and changed me The segment of this podcast in the beginning where they said people are in pain and it keeps them from being healthy.
Bert's cardiologist did NOT tell him "ok you are fine now go have a drink"... Dr. Drew has called bert out on multiple occasions completely lying about what doctors tell him because Drew knows both of Bert's main doctors. His words were "I've known these doctors for over 30 years Bert, they didn't say that". Most likely Berts doctors are saying something more like "Idk man, if you don't quit drinking you WILL die from this; you could get a bleeding ulcer or fry your pancreas, this behavior is just not healthy for anyone" and he wants to calm his wife/family/friends down so he blatantly lies about his drs visits.

A quick warning with kratom: if used more than once a day for long periods of time, it will cause withdrawals similar to pain killers and can cause depression for a year or more. Its not fun. So use it wisely 👌
Yep, and they been promoting it all week long to people. I think that's inherently evil. I know how bad the withdrawals can be and I can't stand when they compare it to coffee. It's nothing like it even though it's in the same family. They're way different. Kratom his the exact same receptors as heroin and pain killers therefore giving you the same withdrawals.
You are correct, its an opioid - and Red Bali shares an alkaloid with morphine, adding to the opiate-like withdrawals. That being said, it is legal, its not lethal or deadly, AND can be used responsibly. It just shouldn't be played with if you have an addictive personality.

You can really tell when that kratom kicked in for Tom. My recommendation for kratom would be if your prone to addiction don't even try kratom. Been on for 5+ years and am dependent, with literally no effect anymore. Of course if your disciplined enough to cycle off and take days off it can be a very useful tool.
I feel you bro, I was spending so much on kratom after my doc stopped my pain meds after 5 yrs. Gotta take 40-50 capsules a day to have an effect, or 3-4 of the gold caps. Had to start on suboxone a couple years back.

It's been a long time since I saw a video of Mark. He looks so much younger now and I did not expect him to be such an amazing guest. This has been one of my favourite episodes from any podcast.
MARK SMELLY BELL AND TOMMY BUNS TWO OF THE ELITES! LETS FUCKIN GOOOOO!
i just watched this episode and honestly it’s making wanna eat healthier and work out again. i’m not an overweight guy but i have been starting to get a gut and i used to go to the gym and i was a lot more confident. this episode has convinced me to get back into that. this is the best episode by far
Come on everyone, let’s all say it at once!…
“BERT, JUST BE LESS FAT!” ;D
Loved the positive vibe as well as the info for all the people struggling to get started! We all deserve what comes with getting after it. Great episode
Mark and Tom are now in a committed relationship
Love that I can hear Tim breathing so clearly
You can really tell when that kratom kicked in for Tom. My recommendation for kratom would be if your prone to addiction don't even try kratom. Been on for 5+ years and am dependent, with literally no effect anymore. Of course if your disciplined enough to cycle off and take days off it can be a very useful tool.
Definitely well said 💯💯💯
I feel you bro, I was spending so much on kratom after my doc stopped my pain meds after 5 yrs. Gotta take 40-50 capsules a day to have an effect, or 3-4 of the gold caps. Had to start on suboxone a couple years back.
First time I've heard of Mark Bell but he is super inspiring!
