I loved this podcast! I'm licensed in all 3 jurisdictions of the DMV (DC-Maryland-Virginia). It got me thinking, my overall 3rd referral source behind SOI and Past Clients are other agents...most are local, and don't hold 3 licenses, so I get a lot of their family and friends...Never thought of actually marketing to them as a referral source, locally....and agree with you on the respect I have for agents that can keep the emotions out of hard transactions (negotiations, HI/Loan/Title issues) and work with me to get to the finish line for our clients....What an awesome concept to establish local partners!
