I would love some guidance for resort markets. Our past client sellers to not live here full time. They are here for short stays in their second homes. So I have been mailing out the reviews and following up with a phone call. What do you suggest for a resort market?
If the national rate of internet leads is 1/100, wow, people absolutely suck at sales. My internet lead ratio in Colorado is 1/10 lol and that's as an investor in this market where being an agent is actually easier.

Mary, I think that is a great way to do it. Your out of town owners truly depend on you as their "eyes on the ground."
