Just wondering have you had any issues with the servo being to close to the motor not letting the motor have full power or reverse I’ve heard others with issues just wanted to know before buying
They are very close but it wont affect power or anything else.
How do I go about using my stock led lighting kit on my trx6 with this combo? Won't the new esc overpower the led's
We use a spare channel in the receiver to give power to the light system

Thank you very much! The lights do come pre-installed here however Traxxas sells all the various light kits. In general the lights will be connected to the receiver to get power.
@@HearnsHobbiesMelbourne Hey thanks for the reply. But I was referring to after you removed the stock ESC you also lose the little red JST connector but it's all good Yeah Racing make an adapter that has a JST plug built-into it.
How did you get power to the lights? I’m having this problem now
We power them from the receiver.
how did this motor perform? I am looking at this exact same combo for my own trx 6
This is a great combo. We also have it on a TRX6 and works very well. We have put this in very rough conditions including salt water (not recommended!) and still runs well.
How is this compare with the axe 550 combo 3300? Others said TRX6 better with 3300k because of the weight and size. How's this for the high and low speed? TIA.
How did you finally connect your lights back up?
Hello Rosin. We used a Y lead to the receiver.

Can you still use the traxxas Id batteries with this motor?
Yes, you can, just install a Traxxas plug on the ESC.
Is it faster then stock ?
It can be however it is more for low speed and smoothness
Without a running video V install video doesn't do a lot
