I think this was the most refreshing snowmobile related video this year because Dan at least addressed the elephant in the room in that reliability has been a huge issue. It was nice to hear someone at least talk about it even if it was bried.

All due respect, but last time I checked we cant read people’s minds. Who are we to call these pro-riders out, on what WE think they are thinking. I don’t know about you, but new reversible ice scratchers with added cooling ability sounds pretty dang good to me.

From watching Muskoka Freerider, and I've been on polaris since 1975, looks like polaris needs to work on some primary durability. 2 primary spider failures in 800 miles, I think a 325 track might enhance that failure. Will be something to watch for. I past riding at that level but lots of up coming guys can.

I'm sick polaris all the way,, I just hate to see my team down, and hope they pinch the weakness. I will ask Keith Curtis and his friends next time I see them how their luck has been with the clutch spider on their 9Rs for the last couple of seasons. They are locals where I live. Thank you for the video! I don’t think anyone thinks that Polaris is just throwing shit together glad you addressed that! It’s difficult for most guys to shell out $20k+ and have your sled break or a part fail and parts be back ordered. I’m Maine and we get 2 months if we are lucky of riding. We have one serious failure and our season is shot. I like the product when it’s working! I’ve been lucky with my sleds, but then again I’m not ripping it every day like the guys out west. I’m gonna stay the course, just snow checked a 155 9r Khaos Slash. $22,663 ouch! But if we can keep a clutch in it it sounds like a damn fun sled

New scratchers and tracks are useless without a clutch that doesn't fall off or blow up every 700k and sparkplugs that needs to be replaced several times a day in some cases, how about fixing all of that first, which by the way should have been done before they ended up on the open market in the first place, regardless of all the problems the manufacturers have had for the past few years the quality control should not be lowered, there is no excuse for that stupidity!

The "my bad" attitude in the world today, as you said "the world we live in", is the problem! Everyone attempts to escape culpability by simply claiming it cannot be help or it's someone else's fault. Manufacturers use this to raise prices but not the quality or value, that simply can't be rectified by or excused with my bad.The manufacturer has lost zero dollars per copy of sled profits. It is built into the price. Protecting shareholders and giving the middle finger to the end user. Consumers lose, dollars, days on the snow, anxiety about trusting our vehicles to get us back to safety, "my bad" doesn't equate to all is good. My bad ..if anyone is offended!

Already submitted my snowcheck, hopefully I don't regret the track decision, but 155 Pro Boost with the 3.25. I'm coming off a clutched 22 Khaos 165 2.75, sounds like there's two different takes on the 3.25 and from one perspective its great for newer riders to get traction, but I have also heard it will make the sled a handful. Polaris is rushing product to market without thoroughly testing. The habitual stop ride recalls on both my new sleds are seriously making we want to switch brands. Seems as soon as a stop ride recall happens it takes several months for a fix to be released. This could easily hamper someone's plans and season. Polaris should be offering some kind of compensation for this aggravation.

Yeah I understand your frustration and truthfully we are all in the same boat with it. What I hope the industry understands is that Polaris….along with every manufacturer out there is still in some what of a recovery mode from all things Covid. Companies from nearly every industry are all in a similar fight to get back on track…and to all of them I’m sure the constant struggle with suppliers and products being rushed or even faulty hasn’t helped anyone keep up with their own standards. Polaris is in this to make money and to provide the best quality products to customers so the idea that the finger pointing is directly at them for everything that’s happened is tough. I feel like their ability to test and test and test all goes away the moment a supplier fails to deliver the right part or connector.
Stay in the fight man it’s everywhere in our world but with patience and understanding we all get through it! I’ve been working with Polaris for 15 years and they’ve always pushed to be better!
      Thanks for sharing 👊
