I learned two tricks -- one, the rotary-valve measuring trick *before* tightening up the cases, and two, buttressing the gasket at the thinnest point with sealing mass. This step is the most stressful of any engine rebuild because you don't know if you've built an oilsucker until several days later. Other than taking all the known precautions, I don't know what else you can do!
thats normal cause the clutch sits on the crank. with new new bearings its nearlly gone but returns fast and stays stable. do use the weakest clutch springs possible to minimize the problem.

What about the Lml cases: are they the similar weak spots and "defects" of the Piaggio cases after year 2001?
weak spot do all have, only the new cases from malossi, changed something. Even bfa has a very tiny weak spot surprisingly
lml are actually better in my eyes, the were properly machined till the end 👍
You use double-sided closed bearing fro wheel axle? Or do you remove the covers first? Why to use C4 clearance there?
no. dont remove.caps.
C3 bearing have more internal clearance.when pull the clutch crank move toward megnet side.plz explain..

dont buy the polini its not good, way overpriced. if any buy the malossi sport, this was really updated. the polini sadly was not.
