The Setting Powder was released in Australia many months prior to Christmas which is in the new packaging. It may not be the most popular brand, but the products are amazing and do so well on my skin. As Abby is my skin-twin, I bought the Cashmere Concealer after seeing Abby use it in a video and loved it so much that I bought another two! I like that stylish, classical British aesthetic from the brand and can't rave enough about the quality of the products. Their Glow Blushes and Highlighters are the best that I've tried, and that's a lot! Hope you like them if picking any up.💖
Thanks for this review. I was interested from the first time I saw a promo shot on IG. When Burberry launched their makeup line in 2010 they excelled at creating quality, well pigmented makeup products that tread softly. They have a color palette that is superbly understated, but always polished. So I had high hopes for these. Looks like they made the bar set by last year's Cle de Peau and YSL eye palette launches. I love the way these apply. And the finish is quite elegant. I'll be adding some to my collection. Nice video!💚

Would you say most are matte shades or more shimmers? I am interested in the Dusty Caramel set. Thanks for this video and the eyeshadows and lipstick looked so nice on you!
It's so good! AND I am so excited to see Burberry back too! So they include mostly mattes with one satin finish. I have yet to play with the Dusty Caramel but so far no shimmers. Very sophisticated palette. Thank you! xoxo

I agree, the old packaging was beautiful, but it's had its time after all of this time. The brand has been in desperate need of an update for a few years. Not even a Holiday Release this year which upset many, including myself. I bought the Setting Powder months prior to Christmas. It must have been released early in Australia. It's in the new packaging and I don't even notice. Somehow, I think the packaging might change on other products too to keep the brand out of the dark ages. The best time to purchase Burberry is over the Holidays when it's reduced. I hope you'll like the shadows.🇦🇺💖

@@AbbyBlissWhite I just got my Burberry 01 Iconic Honey from UPS. I'm so glad I caught them because I didn't know the delivery would require a signature. Beautifully packaged! I just switched these colors and they are perfect!! The first 3 from light to dark are satin finishes and the medium brown is a Matte. We have a skin-tone / light beige, a gorgeous light peach, a satiny light icy medium brown, and the Matte medium brown. I do think you would love this quad also!! I can't wait to play with these shades!! 😊❤
Thank you Abby!!! I saw Selfridges had these, but I'm on a low-buy. As they aren't Limited Edition, I'll grab them soon enough. I can't choose between them either. I love that classical, stylish look from Burberry. I bought the 'new' powder, the one with the white centre months prior to Christmas. It's been available here for quite awhile and was surprised to see it coming up as a new product on YT. That shade of lipstick is beautiful. Another you may like to try is No.14 English Rose. I'm curiuos about these three lipsticks that are called Burberry Kisses Matte Golden. They aren't being called limited, yet there are only three shades which are existing. I love their lipsticks, which are amongst my favoutites. I simply don't know what the difference is between these and the satins and regular mattes? A few years back they released Burberry Kisses Pearl Lipsticks, along with the Runway Palette, which gave off a slightly more glowy appearance when on. I grabbed all three still available, English Rose was sold out, and then bought back-ups! I really was upset that they didn't bring anything out for Christmas and I'm not alone. My compensation was finding the Runway Eye Palette from the year before the Monogram on eBay! I thought it was a mistake at first as I heard stories of that palette selling out within two hours and never re-stocked. Despite being brand new and still in its box completely untouched, it was a great price too! I've been so surprised at some of the gems that have popped up on eBay. I wasn't even searching for the Runway Eye Palette, so it was meant to be. It's such a great brand and I wish they would get a Creative Director who has the time to devote to the brand. It's been forever since a new eye palette was added to the old range and nothing else was happening either. Just the foundation and powder last year, that's all. It's just that their products work so well on me and you cant give up on a successful pairing. If you haven't tried their Highlighter, it's a must have. Michelle Wang named it as one of her favourite ever make-up products. They're soft and classy, with no glitter at all. I'm glad the new Eye Palettes have been released, which are in the same packaging as the Setting Powder, but they need to do more to keep up interest. Hopefully, they'll extend the eye-shadow shades? I cant wait to see the other palettes which are all available by the way. It's cheaper for me to buy them from Selfridges than here! A$15.00 difference between each palette. I'll be eagerly awaiting your next video! 🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨
