No need to set servo encoder to zero just use absolute positioning at PLC side

You can use any PLC just make sure to have transistor type...

I'm not getting ur question... creating confusion b/w servo drive and VFD coz servo drive is something else nd vfd is something else both have their own application nd servo motor doesn't exist without feedback.. please reconsider your question..
