yea you could see tom holding his hip/back after a few of those double faults. still, marty's game looks good; he's got the easy power that translates well on the pro tour.
Wow, Martin improved his game a lot! 6:0 over TOM. I remember McDonald (now top 100 ATP) had a good fight with Tom and barely won the match. Martin should try PRO sooner than later.
I would be surprised if they kept them stock. That being said I can't see any lead, so it may possibly be under the bumper. These guys hit way too hard not to have additional weight on their frames.
Red hat played too conservative, he stayed behind the baseline and traded rallies with someone who hits 30% harder than he. He didn't hit the ball on the rise, he didn't return serve at the baseline, but 5 feet behind it, he didn't serve and volley. White hat had more power and hit the ball on the rise a lot and he was able to hit angles with power, his serve was powerful.
Coach can put players anywhere they want technically. It could be a good thing putting Axel #2 freshman year tho, relieve a lot of pressure and just let him play his own tennis
seems like marty's game has matured. hope he tries the pro tour after ncaa.
UCLA alum here--happy but surprised with this match result...Fawcett may have been nursing an injury?

Who remembers the days when Fawcett had a first serve
I think his injured
Martin has improved a lot. Much more consistent and mentally strong.
I miss the “Yes, Tom” man.
Tom tries to cheat every call he can. Not respectable and I'm glad he got put in his place
This was a really fun match to be at. Go Stanford!
Redlicki has so much swag in game. I love it!
Gran partido, con muy buen nivel!!,justo fue el resultado tambièn,Redlicki, jugò con màs consistencia y agresividad, tiene ademàs un saque fantàstico!

Not a Stanford fan, but Tom was hurt
Redliki has a great forehand technique
do these guys weight up their racket? or do they keep them stock?

19:34 Hahahaha
Should’ve tubed his ass
19:34 thats dangerous
what happened when the ball flys to the other pitch in the middle of the game?
The players on the court that the ball landed on are allowed to call a let if it interrupted a point, meaning they'll replay said point.
Grapeacado thanks man
Fawcett was outclassed
Big Tom returns.

Looks like Tom Stanford had a back ache
would of been a much more exciting match if axel played
Can you do that? Isn't that technically stacking your team to have stronger players lower in the line up for easier wins?
Coach can put players anywhere they want technically. It could be a good thing putting Axel #2 freshman year tho, relieve a lot of pressure and just let him play his own tennis
Axel is the stronger player... He was the world number one junior, getting to the finals of several junior slams.
WTF is would of?
think he's referring to the beat down in the first set...
