I really like Nicky. For an extravagant, glam rock star, he really is very down to earth. His lyrics and bass playing have always been great, even back when he was slightly in Richey's shadow as a lyricist. As sad as the Richey situation was (and still is), Nicky really blossomed as a wordsmith after Richey disappeared. I've always dug the Manics, and I think Mr Wire has grown into middle age very well!
