Have taken the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week course and done body scans with instructor and also used Jon Kabat Zinn's as well as the mp3's from the class instructor. This is by far the best body scan I have experienced. They are all, of course, unique but have the same basic qualities. However, Dr. Brendel 's resonates with me on a deep level with his depth of intricacies of the human body and this brings my mind to a deeper place. Amazing. Thank you Dr. Brendel. I hope you post more meditations!
