Thank you for explaining these clearly.
Thank you so much for sharing. This was very helpful in my study for the NCE Exam
Wonderful video and brilliantly laid out. Thank you for your work!!
I appreciate these videos!
Great video
🦁💙
So, during meditation we do nothing but we focus our energy on ourselves for our own body. Else we used to give away all of our energy to the outer world and forget our own selves. Is it correct to say so?
Sooo good
By my lights, There’s only 1 objective reality, there are numerous subjective perceptions & understandings.I think this assumption about the objective world underlies all of science. I think education needs to get back to a model of empowering students to apply reason & logic (which I would argue are objective realities we discover, not social constructions) to the objective world to increase their capacities to be healthy productive persons, capable of traditional critical thinking & pragmatic problem solving. I would also argue that there are objective values & beauties in reality that teachers can facilitate students awareness off. Transformative learning theory seems ultimately grounded in post modern relativistic nonsense that devoids the world of objective meaning & obliterates solid epistemological foundations on which true learning relies. If someone in a Socratic seminar makes a bad argument full of fallacies, that isn’t a valid perspective that should be given the same weight as 1 that doesn’t. Just my thoughts.
I have an interview and the non profit uses this model.
Good beginner guided breath meditation. I wish you had another one that longer silence gaps so I can focus more on my breath and not necessarily the instruction. Nice work.
Great share!! Do not waste another day = "promosm".
I absolutely love your meditations You have the most beautiful voice for calming the nervous system and such a lovely pace the way you give the perfect amount of time to feel the words in the body. Thank you - we listen to you more at everyday!
The volume is kind of low and I can't hear very clearly.
Thank you Dr. Brendel for the visuals that help me to understand transformative learning theory. You made such words as "disorienting dilemma" and "assumptions" come alive with full understanding of these concepts.
This is by far the best and most profound body scan meditation I have found here on TH-cam. Thank you!
This is some good stuff! Do you have a part 6?
I love your guided meditations above all the others I've heard. Your words and your voice are so soothing and gentle.
Thanks William, this one's my go to, love it, a very gentle meditation.
This is so helpful, however part 6 is missing, It would be great if we could have that part to view also.
Thank you so much for that.
one of the best... SAVED !
Good, thanks for the share.
THis was great! Thank you so much for clearly teaching me.
Hi Doctor William Brendel I am Grace Ternbrg I had a great day at school and during my sensory break diet I did a body scan break for a few minutes
Really wonderful, I loved the words and the soothing way they were delivered, and found this a very rich and comfortable alternative to meditating by purely focusing on the breath.
Loved this one, really helped me to stay present. Thank you!
Thank you sir. It was very helpful 🙂
very good very effective guiding thank you
6
excellent
Where can I find the rest of this series? I only found 1 and 7...
It's a good video, but the audio is very poorly edited. As the video goes on it gets quieter until I can't hear the speaker at all in the last half..
The nasty mouth sounds ruin it for me low key :/
thank you for this moment
Thank you ! Best wishes 💐
Is this similar to Vipassana? This suits me more than guided ones with music. Thank you so much!
I know it's kind of a long time since you asked the question and you may have found your answer in the interim....but in case you havent, check out Shinzen Young and choiceless awareness here on YT. He explains it wonderfuly.
This is good, and I listen to body releasing meditations nightly for years.
Thank You for this! wonderful meditation.
it's being life changing for me and thanks a lot . I am doing it every morning and thanks a lot Dr Brendel .
This and Part I are such underrated videos. Thank you!
This was really wonderful. I felt very intune with my body and it relaxed me so much that I slept. I'm listening to it again tonight! Please check out my guided meditations and let me know what you think x
Why is it that the only presentations on this that I can find are done in the context of business? Not every problem is a business problem. What about Family or Marital relationships? What about Neighbors and Apartment management? What about interacting with bureaucracies and businesses that you depend on? What about interacting with Medical Staff and Doctors? The context matters. Not everyone is a Leader or context-creator. Most people are a recipient of services or subject to the context.
was all relaxed until he said "corpse pose". then noped the fuck out.
I love your music so much
Perhaps the best body scan meditation!!! Allows moments of silence and does not talk constantly allowing you to relax and surrender to the sensations !!!! Thank you very much!!!!
He is just like jon kabat zinn. I felt better going to bed
This is ferry good. Thx
beautiful video thank you
