So, during meditation we do nothing but we focus our energy on ourselves for our own body. Else we used to give away all of our energy to the outer world and forget our own selves. Is it correct to say so?

By my lights, There’s only 1 objective reality, there are numerous subjective perceptions & understandings.I think this assumption about the objective world underlies all of science. I think education needs to get back to a model of empowering students to apply reason & logic (which I would argue are objective realities we discover, not social constructions) to the objective world to increase their capacities to be healthy productive persons, capable of traditional critical thinking & pragmatic problem solving. I would also argue that there are objective values & beauties in reality that teachers can facilitate students awareness off. Transformative learning theory seems ultimately grounded in post modern relativistic nonsense that devoids the world of objective meaning & obliterates solid epistemological foundations on which true learning relies. If someone in a Socratic seminar makes a bad argument full of fallacies, that isn’t a valid perspective that should be given the same weight as 1 that doesn’t. Just my thoughts.

Good beginner guided breath meditation. I wish you had another one that longer silence gaps so I can focus more on my breath and not necessarily the instruction. Nice work.

Why is it that the only presentations on this that I can find are done in the context of business? Not every problem is a business problem. What about Family or Marital relationships? What about Neighbors and Apartment management? What about interacting with bureaucracies and businesses that you depend on? What about interacting with Medical Staff and Doctors? The context matters. Not everyone is a Leader or context-creator. Most people are a recipient of services or subject to the context.
