What no one is talking about is how do you set the infraestructure for your clients without getting burnt in the process. I'd assume that you can't have unlimited accounts with gmail starter gsuit or microsofot 365, or have too many domains in any one place either. How do you work around that?
How do you mean get burned? You want to collect money upfront so that you can allocate it towards the setup

What service did you sell your clients? Did u sell cold email lead generation, paid ads, or social media management?
For the lead generation agency biz model, you'd sell them cold emails to generate leads, and you're setting up the cold email infrastructure, crafting their offer, scraping leads, putting together cold email campaign similar to the steps outlined in steps 1-6 - except, it would be with your client's information and for their business
@@jimmyfung_ so basically I cold email the clients about helping them to attract more clients to their business and I would create email about their business to attract new clients. I forgot to put hypothetically in the beginning of my last comment.

JIMMY one detail you missed is when putting together the email campaign for your clients do you help them to put together a VSL you can use? and do all the calls go directly to them?????? Essentially are you having to do their sales call for them???
Yeah, it's client by client but I typically script the VSL for them and the client films it. I don't take the sales calls for my clients, they do that themselves or with their own sales team

i am confused about the license part, if i buy a domain , buy a MS365 Business basic account -> admin center to set up 3 emails from domain (here comes the license part, how do i get license , i basically am confused about this license thing ??).

I get “burner” emails for my clients and use those to send cold emails on behalf of them

Do you create a VSL or have the client create a VSL as part of the sales process that you setup for the client?

Which B2B service in specific? B2B service is a bit too broad - Marketing, Recruitment, Web Design Agencies would be examples of a niche

Sorry for asking too many questions😅😅, I'm a newbie. I would like to know when you charge 2000 dollars with for example 300 for each reserved call, in the 2000 dollars the purchase of the domain, the subscription on appollo and smartleadai are included inside or it is separate
It should be included as part of the setup fee that you charge. If you charge $2000 your month to month cost for the client should be $250-$500 so that should leave you 70-80% profit margins
