I grew my SMMA (or social media marketing agency) that runs TH-cam ads for real estate agents by using cold email lead generation and paid ads with Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and TH-cam ads.
Good vid also saw the original steph France when it came out. I'd add that you can't provide the same service for every niche some niches just can't support the usual $1500 monthly retainer ads offer because of their margins or the CAC for that industry so you either offer a different service or you change up your pricing structure.

valid question, this is why you only want to use this as one part of the process to expand what you've been thinking about. I would never fully rely on the reddit tool (or any one tool for that matter) to pick a market

@@mattmiller9752 sales calls will give you the info you really need (pain points, desires, etc.)

google/chatgpt, or I'm sure there are some data sources out there but I don't use them. you can also find the size of a bigger market and compare two markets with google trends

i'm thinking of running facebook ads right, how do i take payment, suppose i sign a 1000$ deal, how do i take payment for myself and do them ads too?
yo! you would charge them with something like paypal or stripe and then partner with their facebook/google ad account with their credit card on it so you can spend their money on that platform for them
