INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
----तिकोना परांठा----
आटा - १ कप
नमक - १ चुटकी
----आलू मटर की सब्जी----
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - ४, छीलकर कटे हुए
देशी घी - २ + १ चम्मच
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - २, कटे हुए
हरी मिर्च - २ + १, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
लहसुन - ५ से ७ कलियां
टमाटर (मध्यम आकार) - २, कटे हुए
नमक - १ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १/२ कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
मटर - १/२ कप
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
----Triangle Paratha----
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
----Aloo Matar ki Sabzi----
Potato (medium size) - 4, pealed & diced
Desi Ghee - 2 + 1 table spoon
Onion (medium size) - 2, chopped
Green Chilli - 2 + 1, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 5 to 7 cloves
Tomato (medium size) - 2, chopped
Salt - 1 + ½ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green peas - ½ cup
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
