Deep web: unsearchable, unindexed content (think of the stats early in the video on the estimated amount of content on the internet vs how much of it Google had indexed for searching) Dark web: Encrypted web using onion routing that is unsearchable that is taken advantage of by plenty of bad folks, but realistically is used more often by security minded individuals that just don't want their usage tracked to spam you with ads based on your browsing history/cookies/public IP.
for that last one, what if i told u my internet was down so i had to download this video from another computer onto mine.(i didn't watch the video on the other computer because its slow and i think the sound card is broke)
