I believe that the Kevin with two eyes has better depth perception. Both eyes are in different areas, allowing two viewing angles of the world, giving us a 3D feel to the world.

About Fact #107, I think that episode of Tweety Bird is based off of the novella Jekyll and Hyde, so the yellow minions being turned into purple minions by the injection could be similar to how Jekyll drinks the serum to turn into Hyde.

You forgot to mention that at some point Gru tried to make mechanical versions of minions. A "final prototype" schematic can be seen in the girl's room in Despicable Me and Edith is riding a top half of a failed prototype in Despicable Me 2
Kind of makes you wonder if they picked up the languages along the way or if in fact the Minions speak the proto-language and all the languages derived from what they spoke... as they've been here longer than humans.

3:24 Actually, that's wrong. The opposite of yellow is blue. This is because if we take the colour yellow out of our primary colour palette, we are left with magenta and cyan. When cyan paint is combined with a little bit of magenta, you get blue paint. Another reason is that if you take the primary colour of light (blue) out of the RGB lights, we are left with red and green. Red and green light = yellow light.

You're... Partly wrong. I mean you are right with the colour spectrum. However when he said yellow is the opposite of purple, he was referring to if you look at a colour wheel. They'll be opposites. In a similar fashion, blue is the opposite of orange, and green is the opposite of red. These colours compliment each other, because they are opposites.
