@@BrightDR that's why chaos decks used to be my favourites then we got burning abyss and then we got phantom knights which ended together forming my actual favorite deck, they really should make archetypes like that in my opinion

Apollousa is real nice for sure! If you want to prevent nibiru you do need to change your initial combo a bit, someone else in the comments asked this as well and someone gave a great response too, might help you
This is a cool video love pk so much. A trick i like to do sometimes tho is set the rank up magic instead of playing it immediately so that you can activate it on their turn and summon the dragon on one of rusty's arrows so you can use his effect to kill their first summon lol
While I do know this trick, it is sometimes better to just get the rank up immediately since ranking up on their turn for rusty might be too late for rebellion's negate. Unless you're mad greedy for value like me I think it's really better to rankup immediately if you have no negates on board yet.
Very strong deck, and fun to use imo. Watching the vid and the comments I see you mention you do not use Virgil at all and do not really need a 3rd Break Sword. So I was thinking maybe replace a Break Sword for Rhongomyniad and Virgil for Knightmare Unicorn? That sounds good but I want to know what you think
Dope! I have been trying out Gossip Shadow + Rhongo turn 1 and its funny to see how the opps struggle to do anything at all. Want to try this double dragon setup tho, hope I get some big atk stats

I think you might be forgetting about Cherubini's (BA link 2) effect: Monsters this card points to cannot be destroyed by card effects. So as long as you summon your BA monsters on Cherubini's arrows they should not destroy themselves Took me a while to realize this myself :p Hope this helped you out!
I've never seen Dark Honest in a PK deck before. That being said as someone who occasionally puts in PK Spear, I respect the tech 😂 Not saying Spear is anywhere close to good, but I find it funny to witness the visual confusion and the occasional cheeky k.o. Though do you have an idea for what to potentially sub in for those? At least temporarily until I have the two copies? And do you like them better over other potential options?
they were useful in a couple duels, but not necessary ofc, it would probably be better to add some more extenders (Danger!, the Psy engine, Tour guide, speedroids) But it is rly funny when they k.o. themselves, so I like some Dark Honest shenanigans :p
Gotcha, yeah I decided to go with the Psy engine, 3 games away from Plat V now, definitely the best guideline for PK I've seen in a while! 😄 Definitely making Yuto proud, plus those dragons just belong in the deck imo.

Do you think there's an effective way to work in Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess into the combo line? I find myself fearing Nibiru when playing my own PK build, and was wondering if you have any advice on how to get around that. Apollousa seemed like the best way, but I'm struggling to figure out how to work her into any combo line before the 5th summon
Yeah nibiru is scary, and I think it is rly hard to make Apollousa without sacrificing rusty (Apollousa is still great to put in the extra deck though) maybe crosout designator? That might be the best protection against nibiru for PK I think

Try these I've been using Borrelsword Dragon, Cross Sheep, Accesscode Talker, Zeus, Number F0: Utopic Future and some others and it's honestly been pretty great. Hope this helps!

You should try rhongo, the feeling of utter demise when they see a bamboozle and rhongo is my definition of satisfaction. 2 turns no summons with first summon being a board wipe.
If you run the emergency teleport with nyannyan and wheeleder plus tour guide with sangan(which searches wheeleder) you can get a 7 material rhongo which means you can get 3 turns board wipe and 4 turns no normal or sp summons. Obviously a lot of work but is quite consistent. Though instead, if your scared of nib then you can go into bamboozle early with the usual 3 materials into a 5 material rhongo. Love the amount of variations pk can run tho this deck is insane and fun.

Sadly I'm not best at describing things so I can recommend you a channel who showed me the combo. Search up Manticxre and his "7 material rhongo video" he gives you a full decklist and also shows you how to do the 7 material rhongo combo with tour guide and nyanyan and also other routes you can go as well. Hope this helps ^^

Well just these 3 cards, they make it super easy to make rusty bardiche! That's the only reason I use them. They can be used in other link decks as well to make easy link 3 monsters ( if you run a lot of lvl 3 monsters)
would you be able to explain exactly how to use rank up magic force? every time i get to that point into the combo i brick and cant activate it and i really dont know why. idk if im just stupid but its effect is very weirdly worded
So you activate it by targetting a dark XYZ monster (probably dark rebel) and 1 dark monster in your graveyard to banish. It should work normally if those conditions are met. Note that you can only activate rank up magic in the Main Phase! Hope this helps, I don't know why you wouldn't be able to activate it, If the problem stays, maybe explain a bit more in detail the situation in which you activate rank up magic
Not a bad list, I've seen quite some variations with PK and this one looks rather "pure". Not sure why you run the rank 3 Bamboozler when you don't have Rhongo (bless you for not using that cancerous card), the rank 3 Cicada is probably a better choice. I didn't even think about using Nyannyan as an extender, I use Psychic Wheeleder and Psychic Tracker and sometimes even with 2 copies of Emergency Teleport.

@@BrightDR I might be remembering false, but I know one of the lv3 Psychic extenders is a Normal, the other is either a Rare or Secret Rare. But yeah Emergency Teleport is UR, so that's a bit overkill if you want to keep the cost low. I did manage to make my PK deck with just the gems from solo mode and missions though
Yeah one is rare and the other SR I think, they're great, just don't have the resources to get them for now, hopefully we get some more gems in the future

@@machina5 that build isn't good eather. It dropped the consistancy for more hand trap focus. If they had limited it to 5 instead of trying to stuff more psy cards it wouldn't be to bad.........
@@grimripper1881 Its consistency is fine, any level 3 with an extender is an instant Rusty, and that sets up your entire engine. I'd personally run extra Forbidden Droplets and another Called By instead of the Psyframe package though.
I feel bad for that Cyber Dragon player. Talk about a bad hand. Generally you can push through a negate on core and keep it going even without core going off. Turns out he really needed it. Also I don't know what possessed him to target your graveyard with his monster reborn. I think that was just a hard misplay and misunderstanding the archetype (his own and yours, at that).
awesome vid. its just that in my opinion, rhongo is to good to pass up. not using it in PK deck feels like a sin. rhongo makes your turn 1 alot better rather than ending the turn with dark requiem xyz dragon and 1 fog blade
Right now MD for sure, mostly because it just feels a lot newer for me, but I still enjoy DL as well though! It also is a bit harder to build optimal decks on DL as a f2p imo.

I'm trying to decide on a Link 3 to add to mine so Cherubi isn't useless after getting Bardiche. Ideas for a non UR and UR after I get more points? I also like the 2 Maxx c. 3 always seems overkill
Virgil definitely is very rarely used in this build, he is more filler for me, a better card would be knightmare unicorn, but I don't have one yet, and the 3rd break sword is used sometimes, but is probably not needed As for a cheap rank 3, maybe triple burst dragon?
Dark honest is not rly a must in this deck imo, you can maybe replace him with some extenders like tour guide, the psychic package, speedroid duo ore some Danger?! cards, other strong cards you can use in this deck are called by the grave and impermanence

Nah, yugioh is to complex for that, even the strongest best deck that counters everything can have a bad hand, or go second against a deck that can completely lock down the field like Code Talkers and lose because of that, it is true that sometimes one strong deck can dominate and be way stronger than the rest, but it will still lose sometimes, also in a mirror match someone always has to lose, but yeah Dark Requiem is awesome, way cooler than Rhongo!
Yes, the SR and UR are harder to get (lower drop rate in packs) + when you craft cards rarity matters as well, because you need the right crafting materials. N and R cards are very easy to get 3 copies of thanks to crafting though
This build is a budget build, but it can use stronger staples. Most of these UR and Sr are from the same secret pack, which makes them more f2p friendly. I am a f2p myself and I think this deck is worth the gems!
Your decklist looks unfinished, no leviair, why virgil ? Play the other PK sword trap so you have a aditional special summon if you can get it in grave. Why no link 3 and 4 bossmomster ? accesscode talker and knightmare unicorn. Wouldnt play dark honest you have enough attack power and if a monster gets in grave you can use it there aswell.
it's a budget version, don't want to waste all resources on 1 deck... and this deck actually did more than fine imo, but I get your point, it's certainly not the expensive optimal build but there are more than enough videos on youtube showing that build

How does this deck handle hand traps
Nibiru is a scary one, but most other hand traps you can play trough them, especially if you add some more extenders (like psychic engine)

I feel bad for that Cyber Dragon player. Talk about a bad hand. Generally you can push through a negate on core and keep it going even without core going off. Turns out he really needed it. Also I don't know what possessed him to target your graveyard with his monster reborn. I think that was just a hard misplay and misunderstanding the archetype (his own and yours, at that).
True he probably was pretty unlucky, and I do think he probably didn't know PK, since that monster reborn play was indeed a hard misplay
awesome vid. its just that in my opinion, rhongo is to good to pass up. not using it in PK deck feels like a sin. rhongo makes your turn 1 alot better rather than ending the turn with dark requiem xyz dragon and 1 fog blade

Right now MD for sure, mostly because it just feels a lot newer for me, but I still enjoy DL as well though! It also is a bit harder to build optimal decks on DL as a f2p imo.

Virgil definitely is very rarely used in this build, he is more filler for me, a better card would be knightmare unicorn, but I don't have one yet, and the 3rd break sword is used sometimes, but is probably not needed
As for a cheap rank 3, maybe triple burst dragon?
Tbh i would aim at access code talker cuz it gives a 4k body thats unable to be responded to and a pop.

Dark honest is not rly a must in this deck imo, you can maybe replace him with some extenders like tour guide, the psychic package, speedroid duo ore some Danger?! cards, other strong cards you can use in this deck are called by the grave and impermanence

Nah, yugioh is to complex for that, even the strongest best deck that counters everything can have a bad hand, or go second against a deck that can completely lock down the field like Code Talkers and lose because of that, it is true that sometimes one strong deck can dominate and be way stronger than the rest, but it will still lose sometimes, also in a mirror match someone always has to lose, but yeah Dark Requiem is awesome, way cooler than Rhongo!
does the rarity of the cards in your deck actually matter in this game?
Yes, the SR and UR are harder to get (lower drop rate in packs) + when you craft cards rarity matters as well, because you need the right crafting materials. N and R cards are very easy to get 3 copies of thanks to crafting though

This build is a budget build, but it can use stronger staples. Most of these UR and Sr are from the same secret pack, which makes them more f2p friendly. I am a f2p myself and I think this deck is worth the gems!
You get alot of gems when you first start the game so getting your first deck is actually really easy as long as you know what you want.

Your decklist looks unfinished, no leviair, why virgil ? Play the other PK sword trap so you have a aditional special summon if you can get it in grave. Why no link 3 and 4 bossmomster ? accesscode talker and knightmare unicorn.
Wouldnt play dark honest you have enough attack power and if a monster gets in grave you can use it there aswell.
if you dont play tourguide, play more lvl 3 extender
it's a budget version, don't want to waste all resources on 1 deck...

but I get your point, it's certainly not the expensive optimal build
but there are more than enough videos on youtube showing that build
