Such a "cozy" video with good friends and safely protected from the elements, and such harsh elements at that. Perfect conditions to really test the Glawning ~ wow, what a storm!
With the title of the video, I thought it was going to be Americans ,so its good to see English, British people camping, I like the big wigwam tent you have, from a fellow camper from Scotland, all the best
Howdy! Really like the "Glawning" It really gives you so much more room! It was great to see Theo & Bea stay with you! You should take the Glawing to Portugal & stay with Theo & Bea on their homestead!
Yet another brilliant video guys, seeing Bentley having fun in the snow, priceless! Sorry Sean but he upstaged you. I have a suggestion I’ve seen at one of the shows (sorry I can’t remember the actual brand name) an inflatable tube thing that’s positioned under the side of the van sills which basically acts as a giant draught excluder stopping the wind coming under the van into the awning to keep thing cosy. Always nice to see our other favourite pair of van travellers Bea & Theo
With those two doors you could possibly have two vans joined by the other door, just need a Tarp for the other van. 'Communal Camping'. Great product X
Thanks for another fab video guys ... Love the glawning! It looked so cosy in there with the wood burner .... just what you need when you find yourselves waking up in Narnia 😂and Bentley’s big top rocks! 😀
Great video guys ! your filming and editing is so professional, and we love your intro. You both look so happy on your adventures. Keep doing these great reviews.
Thanks for a great review guys! We’re so pleased the glawning served you well and kept you safe, dry and warm in the storm. Great video....looking forward to more. And Bentley? AWWW 😍😃
Looks like a great awning. Glad you had a good time, the lanes is one of our favourite sites too. We were at Newark show ground the same weekend, pretty chilly eh!
If I can suggest, set up your tent asap to dry. Packing a wet tent equals mold. If you havent already. Love that stove, it changes everything. Great job
Not even bought the motorhome yet and now got to buy a glawner for glawning in !! Quality entertainment and extreme testing for the greater good! Thanks folks brill vid... What's the name of the thing you do your toast in ( essential for keeping a Helen happy ) looking forward to your next vlog .. Cheers !!!!
You guys are really enjoying yourselves, which comes across so well in your vids. Glawning looks great, but then so does the Vango Galli. I guess the Vango takes up less space in the van, but how long did it take you to erect the glawning? Keep up the great work and see you next time.....
Well that certainly seems like quite a thorough equipment test ! Very sensible to wait for better conditions to dismantle in. Loving the Port and Starboard socks too. We're just wondering what happens with the stove when you pack up?
I came across this on this today on a chilly Sunday morning and was amazed at this video.. yet again..please can you let me know if a 5 meter bell tent fits well in regular campsite or do you need a jumbo sized pitch.. thanks a lot..
Great video. Well done for braving the weather! I was thinking a second tunnel on the other side would have allowed Theo and Bea to park the other side, make a real communal space but they helped themselves anyway..... 😉
Great video guys - and what a test you/it had. Do you know the approx weight of the 5m cloud gazer and stove.Looking forward to more vids displaying the glawning.
The stove is 15kg and I think the Glawning is about 48kg. They all fit in a fairly surprising size bag. Not far from the Vango size to be honest. Very comparable.
Well that sure was an extreme test, at least they can say with confidence it's rain / snow proof.. about 17-20 in woodburner with Kettle on.. who cares about the weather outside
Hi Sean and lizzy great video looks like u put a lot of effort in to the video looks like u had fun on th way even though weather was rough thanks to having that log fire it saves the day I'll for winter camping how long would u say it took to put it awning up and set log fire up good work guys all the best .kev
Great Vlog and lovely awning. Not cheap however and I bet heavy in the bag when packed? PS what size Ridge Monkey have you got? Standard or supersize. Rod & Julie x
Hi! Just found your channel via Theo & Bee's Indie video following their return from Portugal. I'm from USA but enjoy travel/camping TH-camrs all over the world. We're not van life couple but travel US/Canada with 20' Airstream travel trailer. Looking forward to binging on your videos....thanks!
Brilliant video! Amazing film and editing skills there :) I need a Glawning in my life but as a solo camper I get the feeling that it might be too much of a challenge for one person to put up and take down. I look forward to those vids when you do.
Brilliant video guys. That glawning is just incredible, we didn't even think it was possible to have an indoor log fire. Just a question, would the glawning restrict where you could take it or is it classed as just an awning? Also can't wait to see the setup video 👍
Northern Explorers It would definitely be best to check with the campsite that they’re ok with the wood burner. Thankfully Glawning have a list of loads of sites that allow them to make life a bit easier 😊
Again great presentation , the tent looks great. I like this sort of things, little vintage. Is this tent made of cotton ?. What if it's raining heavyly. What about drying after that?
Great vid sorry I feel I nearly let the cat out of the bag “spoilers” last vid. Can I ask you if you were to buy that camper again what would you have now as an extra. We are now getting an ocean so thanks guys.
Super glamping. Love to be with you but your videos are so good, I can lie in bed in Thailand, turn the AC down to 23 Deg (freezing) and just use my imagination. Thanks SL&B
Hi, it was just after we got back from Europe as transferring the video files from the iPhone just took too long. The iPhone is still a great camera but it’s just easier to work with SD cards
We did on the way there but we swapped it on the way back and put bedding in the bag because it was a bit too tricky to open the tailgate to get Bentley in and out
Awesome With ready made polar bear and white out . Luv it ⛄️😍👍
That awning is massive
Such a "cozy" video with good friends and safely protected from the elements, and such harsh elements at that. Perfect conditions to really test the Glawning ~ wow, what a storm!
We were so impressed! Loved it.
A Narnia forest needs a lamppost. But the snow is lovely.
With the title of the video, I thought it was going to be Americans ,so its good to see English, British people camping, I like the big wigwam tent you have, from a fellow camper from Scotland, all the best
What a way to get it tested and show what it can become, well done.
Thanks John 😊
This is an amazing piece of kit, the Glawning will go on our dream list especially with the stove.
Howdy! Really like the "Glawning" It really gives you so much more room! It was great to see Theo & Bea stay with you! You should take the Glawing to Portugal & stay with Theo & Bea on their homestead!
We would love to do that! Hopefully one day we will
love the snow dive at the beginning. great video again guys . looks like another great place to visit once I get my van sorted.
Thanks Martin 😊

Can’t think of better conditions the test out a wood burner 😊 glad it stood up well to the conditions!

It’s a really great social space! ❤️
Great video !!!
Thanks for another fab video guys ... Love the glawning! It

Thanks Debs 😊
Fantastic video! Hoping to see many many more!
Thanks Neil 😊
Lovely video. Looks like Bentley loves his glawning too! :)
Bentley sure does! 😊
Great video guys ! your filming and editing is so professional, and we love your intro. You both look so happy on your adventures. Keep doing these great reviews.
Thank you so much Robert! We love our adventures. 😊
Thanks for a great review guys! We’re so pleased the glawning served you well and kept you safe, dry and warm in the storm. Great video....looking forward to more. And Bentley? AWWW 😍😃
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to try it out. Hopefully next time we can try it some nicer weather 😂
Seriously the glawning rocks.
Looks great-loved the edit too peeps
Thanks Ian. You stayed awake then 😬
Looks like a great awning. Glad you had a good time, the lanes is one of our favourite sites too. We were at Newark show ground the same weekend, pretty chilly eh!
It sure was a very chilly weekend
If I can suggest, set up your tent asap to dry. Packing a wet tent equals mold. If you havent already. Love that stove, it changes everything. Great job
Wow! It really looks amazing, love how you decorated it & especially love Bentleys tent 🐶🐱🐱⚓️
Thoroughly enjoyed the video guys...glad you survived that wicked weather ⛄️⛄️⛄️
that was a fantastic video really enjoyed the adventure element of it . you guys are just getting better and better luv ya both to bits thank you xxx

Hey! So glad you love it too. The Glawning is amazing!!
The toaster is from CampervanCulture.com 😊
The glawning looks amazing - and Hollywood is definitely missing a trick by not phoning you Lizzie
Haha I’m sure they’re dialling my number right now!!
Really great vid guys 👍
Thank you Martin! 🙌

Once it’s cooled down you dismantle the flue and put it inside the stove, then pack it all into its own bag. Very tidy. 😊
Yeah that would be amazing
Nice video, Did they ever need to lower the roof by wind or snow?
What a beautiful and very informative video. I have just subbed and am looking forward to following your journey.
Thank you so much 🙌
Great video, like the Glawning a lot, but wow base camp at Everest...
Great video guys - and what a test you/it had. Do you know the approx weight of the 5m cloud gazer and stove.Looking forward to more vids displaying the glawning.

Thanks Kev, it takes longer the first time but I think we could get the Glawning set up in about 30mins next time
Looks fantastic, not sure I’d like to be parked next to you though with the smoke coming off the burner 😂
What's the verdict on the hi gear recliners? Fancied the vango ones today, but I'm up for saving a few quid if the hi gear ones are any good, cheers!
Richard Davies Yeah they’re pretty good!
God you two are amazing. Love you both. Happy Happy camping (and indeed living)
Love that glawning! What's the name oft hat wood burning stove? Thanks for the post!!
Hey! You can see the stove on the Glawning website here bit.ly/2tdlelL 😊 thanks for watching!
Great Vlog and lovely awning. Not cheap however and I bet heavy in the bag when packed? PS what size Ridge Monkey have you got? Standard or supersize. Rod & Julie x
Thanks guys, our Ridgemonkey is the XL and we definitely wouldn't want it any smaller

Thank you very much and it’s great to have you with us 😊
Wow! Looks amazing is it yours?
It’s on a long term loan 😊
CaliforniaCamping ahh I see how long have you got it for, how are you doing Shaun and are you going to trugfest
Brilliant video! Amazing film and editing skills there :) I need a Glawning in my life but as a solo camper I get the feeling that it might be too much of a challenge for one person to put up and take down. I look forward to those vids when you do.
Nice video, could not ask for a better test for the Glawning, and the MugRugs look great.
They’re so useful!! Can’t thank you enough for them. 😁
If the fire goes out how quickly does it get cold?
You guys are cool. 😍
You’re too kind 😎
awesome 👏 another item we need to get before our big Euro trip! (We wish🤣) so much room inside, looks super cosy when it’s so horrendous out!🚐👫🐕🐕
Yes you definitely need one! 😊
Noticed the Above & Beyond sticker, my kinda family ✋

Nice product, but how did all your gear fit into the California?
We took some of the stuff on our newly acquired bike rack 👍
Four seasons in one day
Super glamping. Love to be with you but your videos are so good, I can lie in bed in Thailand, turn the AC down to 23 Deg (freezing) and just use my imagination.
Thanks SL&B
Haha yeah this trip was cold outside the Glawning but soooo toasty inside it! Loved it!
Hi Lizzie and Shaun, when did you switch from filming on the iphone to the sony?
Hi, it was just after we got back from Europe as transferring the video files from the iPhone just took too long. The iPhone is still a great camera but it’s just easier to work with SD cards
Yes, sd cards definitely make it quicker and easier. I use a canon G7X and video editing is made a lot simpler. please check out my channel guys.
Hi guys, can you give us some info about your new Calitopper and seat covers please? Thank you very much...
Hey! Videos on both those items will be coming soon!
Wow! Thank you!
Brilliant video guys! Thanks for inviting us 😊 Loved the glawning too, and cooking on a woodburner is so satisfying 😉
We love hanging out with you guys! Even if you do creep around at 4am 😂.
Hahaha!
Looks fun! I think I noticed a bag on your bike carrier - do you carry the awning there?
We did on the way there but we swapped it on the way back and put bedding in the bag because it was a bit too tricky to open the tailgate to get Bentley in and out
👏 👏
Wow that was amazing guys! Where did Shaun had his diving lessons? I want to learn 😂
Great to see you with Theo and Bee 😊
Haha he’s just naturally talented. We can’t get rid of Theo & Bee!!! 😱😂
We love them really. Always so nice to spend time with them. 😊
CaliforniaCamping and you would be a brilliant actress 🤗
Haha!!! I await my call from Hollywood!!
Massive!
Looks good! Did you but this outright ?
No we didn’t buy it... it has been leant to us by Glawning
I really like Shaun's hat he was wearing, keep up the good work guys, that glawning looks awsome
Thank you very much 😊
