    1.It is no doubt that workplace will be a stressfull environment it's all about how you manage it in a cool manner
    2.Try to motivate people in work place by encouraging them in their existing skill and through communication
    3.Good communication requires a clear mind and practice to stay confident.even though you are wrong, pass the message in simple manner as workplace is also a place to learn from mistakes.Good communication is your ability to transform an fact with examples and in a simple manner, also with less fear
    4.Be good in presentation which will be useful to enhance your product buyers
    5.mingle with different people which makes us flexible to deal with people of different behaviour.
    6.Self confidence is the way how you present your negatives in a positive manner

    A good thing for your phone is to install an app where you can schedule silent or vibrate modes during work hours, and silence notifications

    very good to be real ..the real world is that the wost employee who informs the boss or the manager about the others employess had the best poistion .He can talks on the phone all the time he can do breaks all the time .....
