Silent & Passive Performance in ISSB

ISSB is the name of performance, whether it is for PMA, navy or airforce or tcc or lcc & aeronautical engineering. The performance is the name of complete attitude and behavior of candidate. Remember most of the time candidate is to remain dormant/ silent and has to perform in passive mode. Like, when other candidate is performing or talking, rest of the candidates are to remain silent and let the other to speak. At this point in time the candidate is also judged in terms of giving space to others or not.
