Loreen is incredibly underrated. I'm so happy you chose to react to this, the world needs to know about the powerful vocals and huge talent that she has. She's an amazing artist and she deserves all the recognition.
Loreen is almost 40 years old and has been an artist for almost 20 years. Why she hasn't had her big, international breakthrough is baffling to me. She really is a great singer but is primarily known for her 2 wins in the Eurovision and nothing else. A shame.
She has a whole album (Heal) with songs like this where she shows of her vocal prowess. Not ballads per say but still emotional vocal-driven love songs.

There is something so delicate and fragile in the harmonies combined with the way she uses her voice dynamically, that touches me like no other performance. ❤️ The way she interprets the song and expresses it with emotion, nuances and precision is pure masterclass. I kinda get you when you wanna say Loreen is as good as Celine at this one. I agree, Celine is a Queen but Loreen is also a Queen, both have it at their own way. Both have the capability of expressing emotions with their unique and powerful voices. Both Loreen and Celine belong to the Olympic of Music, they are goddesses not matter what.

it is a very nice more acoustic version of the song. Absolutely Beautiful! No one can touch Céline in my personal book of singers... but I can totally appreciate different voice and talents and this was YUMMY :-)

I understand where you come from with “better”. I prefer this performance over Celine’s version. On repeat! Celine is a powerhouse too..don’t get me wrong..I guess because the visual with Celine’s version is tainted with the video clip being so dramatic and with all the theatrics and so on that to me seems a bit cringe and over the top for my liking. Loreen has the gift of an mystic orator - she’s not just telling you a story. She could majestically draw you in like you’re the only person in the room, reach out and grab hold of your soul. Conversational like you said too - but also so sentimental, so relatable and humane that you believe every single word she says. So I completely get where you are with this one 😎☺️✨

for me the difference between celine and whitney and say mariah is that mariah sounds like she is doing a vocal exercise whereas the others are more emotive.. and Loreen takes that a notch further..like the difference between Celine doing the power of love and my all time favourite version by Laura Branigan
